She was very pleasant but, unfortunately, that is where the nice part of this review ends. The first red flag was when after about 20 mins, the woman came in and told me my car was ready, all the tires needed was air. I had to reiterate that I had a tire with a nail in it and I told her which tire it was. I was looking to have it fixed or replaced with a used tire. After removing the tire from my car I was told it was not repairable and they did not have any used tires that fit, so she offered to sell me 1 new tire for $130. Most other tire shops will not let you leave with 1 new tire, they will always sell you two because it is dangerous to replace only 1 tire. I initially, for the sake of time, reluctantly said ok. They put the new tire on and told me I was ready to go. I was just about to pay when I looked outside and saw they had replaced the wrong tire! They took a perfectly good tire off of my car, told me it was too damaged to repair, and they were going to let me leave with 1 new tire and the 1 bad tire that I came to have replaced for $130! This was my first visit to this place and I will never go back. I had them put the original tire back on my car and I went to Garcia's Tires which is right around the corner on La Cadena Dr. Mike helped me out and took care of everything in no time at all. So, the moral of the story, go to Colton Tires if you want to get ripped off and possibly die in a horrible car crash because they only sold you 1 new tire...or go to Garcia's Tires, ask for Mike and have a great day!

We did the tires on my sons first car and it was his first purchase for his new to him car!!! He decided to buy 4 new tires with an alignment! We made sure to align it because it was lowered and we wanted to make sure the tire wear was even! He happened to have a blow out last night! His tires are roughly a year and a half old or so at this point! He has put 8k miles on the tires in that time!!! When he changed his tire he asked me about the tire saying inside but on the outside of the tire! I looked at it when he got home and sure enough all 4 of his tires were installed backwards and have been spinning against the designed direction. This alone can cause the tires to peel off throwing the tread off of the wheel! When he took his car to A Plus today they refused to replace the warranty tires saying because the car is lowered they won't warranty them, even if they installed them and aligned it while it was lowered! They told me he wasn't rotating them and we have 2 times already he only has 8k on the tires!!! I brought it to their attention about them being installed backwards and they ignored me completely! Please stay away from this shop I am a shop owner, I would never ignore the safety of my customers or their families! As a shop owner it is my Pet peeve to knowingly screw someone over especially a young adult that doesn't know any better! You should be ashamed of yourselves! These guys treat you like family…read more Long story long.......I'm driving from San Diego to Las Vegas with my Two Great Danes to visit friends on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 PM, the outside temperature is 104 degrees. As luck would have it, of course, my radiator dies on my Range Rover and I lose all power to accelerate. To add insult to injury the whole car begins to smell like a fully loaded diaper fire. Not good. Luckily this happens on the 215 near a populated area and I limp into this gem of an establishment. PRO TIP: They have a fully Air Conditioned waiting room so customers (and my dogs) can relax inside and not feel like we are on the surface of the Sun, additionally, they offered ice cold water for me and even offer some to the dogs! Huge Props. After a quick assessment of the problem with the car, George, the GM, asks me if I want the bad news or the bad-bad news. I tell him to start with the bad-bad, he then tells me the car isn't going to Vegas this weekend. The bad news is that my radiator is blown and I will need a new one. The only place that has a Range Rover radiator in stock is the dealer in Anaheim and he can't get the part in time before the shop closes at 5PM. The bad-bad-bad news is that since I can't get the part tonight it looks like I am stuck in San Bernardino for the weekend as even if I wanted to rent a car, the rental agency won't allow dogs. (At this point, I don't know if it was better that I had bad luck before I got to Vegas or if I was just missing a really cold streak at the tables whilst sitting in the refreshing AC waiting room. I tell myself this whole thing is saving me a TON of money by missing said missed cold streak). So, as I am contemplating a long weekend in San Bernardino, George, conjures up a somewhat brilliant offering of ideas. This is where an establishment like this should be nominated for an ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AWARD.....He ponders pensively, then suggest three options for me. 1) Have your buddy from Vegas come get you. 2) have someone from San Diego come get you, or 3) HE OFFERS TO DRIVE ME to Vegas! WTF? Holy Mother of La Vegas Gambling Gods! My weekend might not be ruined!!!!! Steve Wynn should offer this guy a job right NOW! Even my buddy in Vegas is impressed and he offers to meet us in Baker (2.5 hrs away with shitty traffic for George) and he will take me to Vegas from there. Boom, weekend saved, our hero George and Dave have saved a stranded traveler and his dogs. Well...that is almost the end of the story. After George drops me off in Baker and I buy him a Gyro at The Mad Greek, we head our separate ways, with a planned meeting Monday morning to finish the repairs to the car. However, unbeknownst to me, as I make it to Vegas easily and proceed to drink several beers while George gets caught in 2.5 hour Sig Alert on the way home and doesn't make it home until 3AM! SHITE! To finish, as I arrive on Monday morning to Dave White's A+ Tire & Service, the repairs are underway and Dave and his whole team greet my dogs, Brooklyn & Cookie Monster by name and we proceed to relax for the next fews hours in the luxurious lounge watching Turner Classic Movies! Cheers to Dave, George and the other guys there who stepped up and took care of me in a desperate situation and saved the day. Bravo! I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars. (Also, the car runs great and I will have to make it a point to stop in on my next trip to Vegas to buy everyone a couple rounds of drinks!) Cheers!

We prefer to deal with a straightforward, honest establishment, that treats their customers well. Unfortunately, all of the major tire stores were already closed. I came across Manny's Tires, which was still open but only had a few minutes left before closing. I called to ask if they had my tire in stock, and the gentleman who answered said they did and told me to come on over--they would wait for me. Their closing time was 8:00 p.m., and I arrived just before then. Even though it was closing time, he graciously assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, quick, and efficient. Not only was I able to get a brand-new tire, but the price was also very reasonable compared to the larger tire chains.
