The men who work here are my heroes! I was far from home when my check engine light came on and my car started behaving badly. Although this is a tire store, I went into their store telling them my issue and both of them and that worked there came to my rescue. In the hundred degree heat they performed a diagnostic on my car and told me what was wrong with it. Thanks to them I knew I could drive my car home and then get it fixed. Otherwise, I had planned on having it towed and I was quite a distance away from my home. I begged them to take money and they refused. The repair was fast, the price of tires was fair, but the best was even though I didn't buy a tire. The repair was free. The gentleman who fixed my tire was more interested in me getting new tires and being safe than charging me anything. I will be back. The service is worth the extra few dollars you might spend. I was kinda stuck, visiting my girl at her work, when she pointed out how worn my tires were. So once we were done having lunch, I searched for "tire shops near me". This place came up. I'm really glad it did too. They didn't have my tires (I wanted "upgrades") but the receptionist drove to Banning and got them for me! 4 new Michelin tires; mounted, balanced; the whole shot - ALL very well priced. And at a very good price, too! I explained how I lived off road and needed all new suspension. They gave me a GREAT price on that, too. But that'll have to wait. They were very friendly and even fixed a noise that was something rubbing next to my gas tank, & no extra charge! When I've got the money, I'll DEFINITELY be coming back to have this shop and it's AWESOME staff put that new suspension in for me. 5 stars across the board, and they weren't even TRYING. read more

Very good customer service, friendly, helpful and honest. I asked them to check the wheels alignment of my car, they did and told me that nothing wrong with it. They didn't even charge me for it. They could have said that my car needed an alignment adjustment and I wouldn't know whether they lied or not. We can indeed trust them. Their prices are very affordable, plus the tires come with free rotations and free flat repairs. The business has been with the same family for more than 50 years. I don't think that It would last that long if they didn't treat customers like they wanted to be treated. Highly recommended because for sure you won't regret it. read more

Brian is your guy if to need to know how to upgrade your car or truck. When I told him I wanted to lift my truck up and make it look more rugged he was very knowledgeable on what i needed and what all it entails to accomplish it. This place is located across the street from Zorba's Burgers in high grove , exit off I Iowa from the 15 freeway. This place like others nearby have been here for a wile and definitely stand out. My buddy had to replace some tires on a 2000s Honda Civic two tires was all he needed and they quoted him at $15 for two not bad I say ! The guy who greeted up was a family related to the owner and knew what to ask and inform us about any thing we needed to know about the tires replacement. After the owner himself came out and did the job is less than 20 min of being there. Slapped on the two tires easy. I brought my car in because i needed new tires and the last shop i went to told me i needed new brakes and rotors which reliable tire confirmed wasnt even true my brakes and rotors were fine!!! They could have charged me and done the work but they were honest and i respect that so much! The ladies in the office are sweet. And all the guys are super nice! This place is great. Everyone there went above and beyond what was expected. They were kind, knowledgeable and very communicative. I ended up unable to purchase a tire there, my tires are extremely rare apparently and not meant for my vehicle. But they put on a spare, and the next day changed out all my tires and the sensors....at no cost!! When I need to replace my tires, this is definitely, without a doubt where I will go. I'm not one to ever leave a review but I feel like this place really deserves it. Went for new tires and they took care of me right away even let me know that my brake pads were bad and were super honest and straight forward. I even had car problems leaving (my battery has been giving me issues for a month) but never asked them to help out. He just walked over to me in the parking lot and said give me one second. Before I knew it he charged my battery and tested it for me. Such a great and honest place. I would highly recommend them. I stopped by Reliable Tire Center today to help fix my tire after I accidentally ran over a pothole. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. The gentleman at the front, I believe his name was Brian, immediately took care of me and looked at my tire. He quickly told me the wonderful news! I only bent the rim and the tire was still salvageable. He fixed the rim, put air in all of my tires, and even showed me how to reset the tire pressure signal on my dashboard. I work a long walk from this location and noticed them on my way to work. I've now purchased three sets of tires for three vehicles from them. Their prices are competitive with big chains, and the work has always been done well. I had an alignment issue on the rear of one of my cars, a Volvo C70. The issue stumped an outlet of a big chain, but these folks knew about the issue with this model of car and knew how people fix it. All in all an excellent experience. And they are honest and will suggest postponing work (in my case, rear brakes) of they think it isn't necessary yet. read more

Mike and Brian are awesome. I've bought tires from them before but recently had an issue with my brakes. My car has 25k miles and my brakes started squealing on my way to work. Dropped it off with them to take a look and Mike recommended I get it towed to the dealership because I still had warranty left, and brakes going out at 25k miles is way too soon. He didn't charge me at all for the diagnostic. The dealership gave me the usual "this is normal for this vehicle, you need a brake job. The pads are worn evenly so your calipers obviously aren't sticking." They wanted $499 for a brake job so I took it back to Reliable instead. Mike did the brakes for less than half the cost and saved the "old" pads for me. They WERE NOT worn evenly like the dealership claimed. Right side was still practically new and the driver's side was metal-to-metal. I took the pads back to the dealer, showed them to the shop manager, and that's when they mysteriously found a problem with the traction control system. Crooks. It's nice to find an honest mechanic. These people are amazing, quick, HONEST, and friendly. I went one rainy afternoon and chatted with the employees while a spare was being fixed and they ended up not even charging me. I'm convinced it was a Christmas miracle, because I was a super broke college student at the time. This place is seriously a gem and if you even think to go elsewhere, you'll be wasting your money. My brother inlaw brings his car here so when my Nephew asked me to help with his squeaky brakes I thought we could meet up here and let them have a look. We definitely got the 5 star treatment from Mike and his Son. On a Saturday when they already had plenty of other work scheduled. Turns out there's nothing at all wrong with my Nephews brakes, they are just a little squeaky when cold. Mike didn't think we needed to do anything with the brakes at this time. They are still fairly new and plenty of life left. Didn't charge anything for the evaluation which I really appreciate. I don't live around here so I don't think I will be back any time soon.
