I went there to get a tire for my car. I blow my rear tire. It was hot outside. They had me waiting. The guy comes to me and says they only take cash. They don't take card so I had to drive all the way. To the ATM. Get cash out when I got back he said they can only sell me two tires not one. I only need one and that they don't sell singles. None of the guys there were professionals they look like kids. They didn't know what they were doing. read more

Drove to Mr Tire first thing this morning in hopes of fixing two hairline cracks in my rear tire. (I'm not sure how it happened, but this is where we are). Anyway, I wanted to be the first client to have my car looked at so I could get their opinion whether the rim was fixable. God favored me this morning, not only was the rim fixable, they were able to do it in around 2 hours. I went to Mr. Tire for new tires from my Escalade. I had a sensor service tire monitor on my dash and I asked them if they could take care of it. The person that Offer Up that engaged me said don't worry my guys will handle it. That was definitely not the case. They couldn't handle it. They had a sign on the door that said they take Visa MasterCard Discover. But when it was time to pay, they said sorry we only take cash. So then they took the sticker off the door and threw it in the trashcan and directed me to their ATM machine. The ATM machine charged 5.7% of the withdrawn amount. The tires seem to be decent, but the tire sensor light is still on and they were not able to handle it and when I ask them why they said they didn't know how to fix it then they got aggressive with me and said that I offended them because they didn't know how to fix it. It seems to me that if you're in the Tire business, you should know how to fix these tire sensor situations. I sat on the ground like a child waiting for them to correct the problem. When I realized that they just were incapable, I got in my car. I paid them the money and left. There are so many better places to get tires without the hassle of 5.7% surcharge on ATM and take credit card. If you're in the Inland Empire, I would recommend Big Brand Tire In REDLANDS. Unfortunately this was a car I was selling so I didn't want to put in brand new tires on the car but for the headache it would've been worth it. Now I'm at another tire shop getting this fixed correctly. These guys are absolute bozo's. read more

Everything was fine till I noticed they bent my door. I paid in full for tire and service and realized before leaving that my passenger door was bent by there blocks and lift. Technician and owner don't want to take accountability for a simple mistake. I wasnt mad about it. Mistakes happen but when there both saying I'm lying and full of it. That set me off. Reached out to MR Tire Inc because they advertise used tires with 85% tread or better and claim they can source them regularly. My request matched exactly what they promote. Instead of a quote or helpful response, I got an unprofessional "lol" reply and was told I should just buy new tires, as if the request was unrealistic. The issue is, I've already purchased this exact type of tire from another seller multiple times, so it's clearly doable.
