My husband ordered a trailer gave The weight measurement of the length and everything they ask. Went down pick it up and drove it to my supplier to get it loaded. They called me and said the rail twisted and I need to come and take a look at it. Called IE and was told the trailer needed to be taken back to them to be looked at. After taking it back to them, it was supposedly repaired correctly however 3 weeks later it broke again. Rep was saying it was our fault due to the weight added to the trailer (well below what it's supposed to handle) Took the trailer to Cal custom trailers and they advised us on the bad quality build, however, they were able to fix it for us. I will not be returning and advise those who are interested to look at other companies who do far better work. read more

Amazing Customer service, I was in desperate need of a trailer for my new Polaris RZR. I was leaving the same day to camp and had not been able to locate a trailer yet. I emailed them and Jessica called and handled the whole thing over the phone. She even offered to deliver it same day which took a mountain of stress off of me since I was still loading up for the trip. The delivery man made it right when they said he would even with it raining outside. Will do business with again. Let me start off by saying, stay away from this company unless you want to go thru headaches after headaches, while legit honest small businesses are struggling due to the pandemic, this company is taking advantage of customers by providing shitty customer service, horrible unsafe trailers. My 10-year-old daughter can weld a better trailer than them. It is so hard to find trailers for toys and general hauling! I was referred to IE Tailer. They were easy to work with and custom made a trailer for me to give my husband for his birthday. I had specific requests and they satisfied each of them. It did take a 10 weeks instead of the initial 6 weeks they told me but that was ok.
