Had an amazing experience purchasing our hydraulic dump trailer! My wife and I are starting a business and Johnny was able to help us get the right trailer that fit our business needs. Also, Joe was excellent in explaining everything to us as far as how to maintain the trailer and also giving us tips on how to protect it at night. When our business grows I will definitely be coming back!

Hands down best dealership experience I've had. Johnny helped me out today, answered all of my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He made the whole process super quick and painless. The best part was the honesty, no strange fees or markups were added. It's nice seeing a dealership advertise a price and stick to it. Highly recommend and will definitely buy another trailer from here when the need arises!

I purchased two of these trailers for my business about two years ago. I do not overload my trailer in any way. They use average parts when they build the trailer. Thankfully, we were not on the freeway when this occurred. This review may change after I visit the company and show them these pictures. No one was hurt which is a great thing. However, this is NOT acceptable.

Had a great experience here. I shopped around and they had the best prices for quality trailers. I've had the trailer for 2 months and so far zero problems. The whole staff was helpful from quote, to purchase, to DMV registration. Johnny the owner is a great guy and took the time to sit down with me chose the perfect trailer for my needs. I upgraded this trailer to the gills. From diamond plated sides, to stainless toolbox, and upgraded rims, and the out the door price was still thousands of dollars less than the base price of the local top competitors. By the time I left, I was on a first name basis with the entire office. I have already recommended them to multiple people. Will definitely be buying from here again. read more

I purchased a trailer about a Month ago from here a great price to me. Sales Rep was helpful in what I was shopping for. If you go on to their website they advertise trailers with a "bait and switch" price. Call them up and they confirm the price and ask for a deposit. Then they send you and email and say the price has increased by 16.7%!! This is a bad business practice and I would not trust these people. Buyer beware. MSRP: $6,499 Our Price: $6,499 Sale Price: $5,999 Savings: $500 After you agree to this the new price jumps to $6,999 read more

We bought a new 24 ft cargo trailer from them in February and loaded our belongings in March. We needed it hauled to where we are living now in May but the man we hired to haul it called and told us he only got about 10 miles and pieces started falling off the trailer. He had to take it back and we talked to the owner about fixing it but it was going to be too long so we asked if he would buy it back from us. He agreed to finally but only 60% of what we paid for it just a few months before. Their product was inferior and I would not recommend anyone buying a cargo trailer from them. They had not used rivets to secure the panels but used double stick tape. read more

Called to ask about trailer for sale, the guy placed me on hold for about 10 minutes then hung up on me. I called back because I figured it was by mistake, it rang once and they hung up on me again. Called third time and same. I have never done business with them and never will, was prepared to buy trailer from them today. I guess there is a reason they are the cheapest...terrible customer service comes with it for free. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could, and I didn't even buy from them! Johnny is awesome. I called to see if he had a PJ utility trailer in stock, but unfortunately he was sold out. I needed a trailer same day, otherwise I would have ordered from Johnny as his prices were the best I could find and his service was outstanding. I asked Johnny for his advice, as my local PJ dealer in Ramona, CA had a PJ utility trailer in stock, but it was priced $1000 more than what Stellar Trailers sells them for. Johnny said they're way too overpriced and suggested I purchase an aluminum trailer that I was also looking at from a box store. That is the kind of customer service that is missing these days, and I really appreciate him going above and beyond! read more

Furthermore, the Chinese website you can get from the link on their page, supposedly to order replacement parts, is an unsecured site and is reported as fake and a scam, including by Norton 360. I have repeatedly tried to contact them over the past three months to resolve this issue and never got a callback or an answer. I suggest steering as far away from these people as possible. Even if their products are decent or good, their customer service and support are dreadful. Oh, and good luck finding replacement parts anywhere else. Nobody, and I mean nobody, carries them. So, if you are stuck like me, you will have to do some heavy modifications to convert connections and other non-durable items to another standard.

I called Stellar Trailers for info on some trailers that they have on their website, the women that answered the phone was no help what so ever, I was asking about several trailers online they have all these trailers advertised on their website, BUT! they do not have any trailers avail but 2 which are not on the website, but all the trailers on the website are gone but they still advertise them for sale. ( A REAL BUSINESS would keep their website up to date, not advertise things they do not have. ) I wonder how long they have been in Business and how much longer they will stay in Business, IF I WERE YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, GO ELSE WHERE.
