This is the 3rd time we've used MTS landscape. I think that alone says a lot! At our previous home, they did astro turf and concrete. At our current home, they extended our driveway with concrete, built a concrete patio, installed astroturf, built a fire pit, a path, and adjusted our drip system as needed. Carlos is very communicative, replies quickly, and it's apparent that he knows the craft. The team is effective, works quickly, and worth every penny. We just used MTS for a second job at our new construction home and once again my wife and I are extremelyt happy with the quality of work, timeliness and look of the project. We live in north Fontana and the new construction homes up there came with dirt backyards and rock front yards with a tiny patch of grass. Carlos and his team did our whole backyard with sprinklers and fresh sod and we just had them do our front yard. Our front yard was quite a bit larger of a project that involved extending the driveway, building retaining walls, building steps from the front walkway down to the sidewalk, building 2 small planters that run along the steps and side of the walkway complete with mow strip, weed barrier and low voltage power, sprinklers and sod. We get those crazy Santa Ana winds where I live. Within the last year, we paid a lot to get some trees planted in our backyard for privacy and they were installed with thin stakes. Those darn winds picked up and hit those poor trees and stakes hard! When our lawn was being redone, one of the lines for the sprinklers was mislaid, causing it to leak and create a happy little mosquito-breeding-pond near the anti-siphon valves, but we didn't find this until a while later. I contacted Carlos at MTS and he and his crew came back to inspect and tweak it until we no longer had our lovely little pond. We got the estimate from him which was about $100 less than the company we went with but his attitude that he didn't need to keep the agreed appointment and ultimately that his time was more important than mine made it easy to go elsewhere. read more

Had an emergency with the irrigation system at my house. Carlos came out and looked at it. Told me it was a valve and also switched out two sprinkler heads. In the end he charged me over 300 bucks. WTH!!! As I inquired did he troubleshoot any other areas he proceed to say not really and that he primarily does concrete work. The following week still experiencing problems with the valve, called Carlos. He gloats about his weekend in Vegas that I obviously funded. Nevertheless he said he would come by to inspect the issue. Never showed up. Disappointed in service and pricing as I had some one else come out and fix properly much cheaper than this dude. Never again!!! read more

I asked Carlos to come fix the sprinkler pipe leaks in my yard that a previous scammer landscaper did not fix properly and messed up on, and he offered to come right away to give us an estimate and I hired him on the spot. He replaced the valves to new ones for me and did an excellent job. I had to call him back again because I noticed the pipes under the ground were leaking too and he came back right away and repaired them for me and did an excellent job.
