The workers are also super friendly and accommodating. When you come here, you will leave full, happy, and broke. For example, the food presented in the picture (3 pork belly squares, 1 slice of brisket, and a small side of mac n cheese) was THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS and then they will still direct you to the machine to answer "a quick question." Cook: because it was so big, I smoked it at 250 until it hit 115, then opened the vents and let the vents go to 425 to get the fat crispy. Then cooked it until it was 122 internal.
