We ordered 11 lbs of prime ranchera plus some chorizos and fed about 20 people in our family. Not a single complaint. The ranchera was tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. The chorizo had that bold, authentic flavor that elevates any carne asada. What really stood out though was the management that weekend. They were handing out flowers, chocolates, and even giving away their hats to customers. That level of generosity and appreciation during such a busy time says a lot about how they treat their community. We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately our experience wasn't great. We had previously tried the Riverside location and the meat there wasn't good, but we decided to give the San Bernardino location a chance after hearing people say it was the best one. Sadly, we had a similar experience. The meat was cut extremely thick and had a strange taste, and it was very fatty. The ranchera was especially disappointing--very chewy and tough no matter how we grilled it (rare, medium rare, or well done). The diesmillo wasn't great either, and the tomahawk steak was also underwhelming for the price. The only thing we actually enjoyed was the chicken. We really wanted this location to be better, but overall it didn't live up to the recommendations. Hopefully the quality improves in the future. read more

My daughter bought carna asada from here and it was good so we came. There is always a line from my understanding so once you get in the door there is still a line. But once you get inside theu take your order then you stand in line and oh for your items. A Carna Sada and chicken is the best you will not be disappointed. Found this place via a post on IG. Made the 30 min drive to see what the hype was about. They have all kinds of cuts and wow do they not disappoint. The chicken is seasoned amazing and the prime asada is beyond good. Have gotten a tomahawk steak and it was yummy. They are always busy but give you quick, friendly service.
