The service is great but there can be a communication barrier sometimes with some of the employees. It doesn't bother me because they all offer amazing service. No idea if the meat is good or not but the customer service is trash. I watched a lady come in and ask if she could put up a flyer to try and save her sick dog. We had previously tried the Riverside location and the meat there wasn't good, but we decided to give the San Bernardino location a chance after hearing people say it was the best one. Sadly, we had a similar experience. The meat was cut extremely thick and had a strange taste, and it was very fatty. The ranchera was especially disappointing--very chewy and tough no matter how we grilled it (rare, medium rare, or well done). The diesmillo wasn't great either, and the tomahawk steak was also underwhelming for the price. The only thing we actually enjoyed was the chicken. Came to try what the hype is about with this carneceria. They had a special on the flank ribs and tesajo for $9.99 which is very competitive for prime meat. Recommended to place an order ahead of time especially during holidays or special events because it does get packed or make sure to get there when they open. They have tons of meat options even alligator. They are super helpful, I think I've found my new meat spot. read more

My daughter bought carna asada from here and it was good so we came. There is always a line from my understanding so once you get in the door there is still a line. But once you get inside theu take your order then you stand in line and oh for your items. A Carna Sada and chicken is the best you will not be disappointed.
