Their competent sales and design team worked out all the details and provided me with all the standard and customized materials in just 3 days. They gave me all the installation instructions and help me with purchasing any tools that I needed for my custom installation. Yes, there was quite a bit of back and forth to ensure our order met our exact project specifications. But, it was well worth it. We even had a delivery snafu, but the Inline support team was right on it. We were definitely impressed with their response time - especially with them being on the West coast and us being on the East. We will admit their product was not the least expensive.
