Update- Inline design's ceo Jad has called me personally and made things right. They did express ship the missing parts directly to the jobsite. Thank you JAD for seeing this through. Do not know where to start! Their customer service may be the worst I have ever seen! Their communication are non-existent! Ordered 10k in handrail, was promised a two week turn around, well took more like 6 weeks. That should have been the RED Flag. Only half of the products arrived! So really the two weeks have turned into 8 weeks and you guest it, I still am missing half the package. I called and emailed them with. They responded with it got lost. I understand that; however, where is it? Will you be sending out a new package asap? Nothing from them, but JAD blaming me for not following directions! WHAT! What does that mean? What instructions do I need to follow in order to receive a package other then being present? He states I did not sign the delivery form, that is correct as only half of it showed up! Why would I sign for something I did not receive JAD? JAD has blocked my phone number and has mentioned it in an email as well. Very disappointed in their service and product! As a contractor I have used many different systems. If you are in the need for a handrail try Viewrail instead. Viewrail has amazing customer service and furthermore, I have hand no issues with them at all! Stay far away from Inline Design company as they will only frustrate you. read more

Their competent sales and design team worked out all the details and provided me with all the standard and customized materials in just 3 days. They gave me all the installation instructions and help me with purchasing any tools that I needed for my custom installation. During the installation, due to the customized nature of my application, Tan (one of the sales guys) helped me generously with his time and efforts to make customized modifications to some of the pieces to speed up the installation. However, we were having difficulty finding one that met our aesthetic expectation and was reasonably priced. Enter Inline Design. Their product is top notch. But, I would say it was their customer service that won us over. Very helpful in the buying process. Yes, there was quite a bit of back and forth to ensure our order met our exact project specifications. But, it was well worth it. We even had a delivery snafu, but the Inline support team was right on it. We were definitely impressed with their response time - especially with them being on the West coast and us being on the East. We will admit their product was not the least expensive. But, when you consider the quality of the product, the customer service behind it and the rebate program they have in place, it's worth the additional cost.
