I sent an email on April 16, 2026, then again on April 24, 2026 and sent another email today JUNE 15, 2026), to design@realthinbrick.com. I reached out in April asking how much weight the real thin brick (I bought) could hold? I was going to put my water heater back on it after laying the brick underneath it. They said - "a water heater is no problem and that the brick is incredibly durable and strong and can easily support the weight of a car", so a water heater should be no problem. Well, the brick ended up cracking. Three times reaching out and no response. That is very telling. When i spent over $2,000 to buy the brick, they were very helpful with that. The brick is wonderful by the way. I get compliments on it every time someone comes over. I just wish someone would have gotten back to me about the crack. So my warning to others is - if you encounter a problem with the brick, they won't respond to you. And I am unable to leave a review for them anywhere else. They post their own reviews.

I call and a guy says they cannot let me in or help me until maybe tomorrow at 2. I told him I drove up an hour and wasn't informed. He was unwilling to offer anything else. Maybe take my number if an apt cancels, maybe let me in and say I might not be available for questions. It was messed up.
