We'll I've been calling for over an hour trying to make an emergent appointment. I've been running around all day, everyone has been accommodating with this because of the nature of what's going on and here I am calling for over an hour... An hour and half before this place closes and not ONE answer ... It just rings ... Not even a machine to leave a message. Horrible customer service. Ok Every other time I've been there, it's been pretty nasty too ... I'm remembering ... Maybe after my appointment they'll dazzle me and I'll change this, but for now ... I went to have a brain MrI here and my tech was David. He made the whole process so calming and painless to me. I was done in 30minutes and when he had to do the IV contrast it was as if there was no needle. I was given noise reducing headphones and I tried my best to be still. Thank you read more

Filthy, dilapidated waiting area, incredibly rude staff. Slow, impersonal, and an overall horrible experience. I can only hope that the radiologists who interpret the ultrasounds and X-rays are better than the staff. read more

Went for x-ray after boating accident twisted my knee, still swollen after a month. Diagnosis: no sign of trauma! WTF good is that? Tom C. P.S. The receptionist area is very nice and clean. (They also have coffee to drink) People behind counter are nice also. I came early but was called for my procedure on time. Person doing the work was friendly and also nice. Only downfall is that I had to search for parking in the parking lot. If going to InMed for the first time, it is in the far back corner of the main building off of Royal Palm Blvd. read more

Just had a chest x-ray, this was my first time at this facility. The office is in the far back of the shopping center with plenty of parking spaces available. The reception area was clean and coffee was offered. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the radiology tech were professional and welcoming. I have not received services at this place I walked out of that place I soon as I saw the waiting room. At least during the pandemic I will NOT go to this place. The waiting room as full of people with no social distancing at all and everybody sitting next to each other. read more

I had an appointment for MRI at 10:45 am, waiting for almost 3 hours it is an insult to the patients/ worse than ever !!!

Medical records staff very professional. Down size theres a fee of 2.00. I would have the dr request the film if you dont want to pay 2.00

Zero stars. I call to see if they have an appointment. Reception transfers my call to appt dept. Phone rings 20 - 30 X. I call back, again reception transfers me. This time phone rings 30 - 40 X, soooo, I drive over there. Two females assigned to the task in an office. I didn't see any unusual abundance of work or phone calls going on. I think they both took a break at the same time and just refused to take calls. I asked to have a test done that was approved by my insurance. InMed had the referral and Rx in hand. They call the tech but she refuses to take me even though she has no one she is testing at the time. Her next patient is enroute, but my test could have been done in 60 seconds. They tell me I should have made an appt, not just come in. THEY SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE! read more

This place is GROSS!! Did I mention how dirty the waiting area is? Yeah, it's that bad. Terribly dirty waiting area and by dirty, I mean filthy. The front office is rude and totally ignore you as you wait at their service window. I scheduled an appointment, got there only to find out I was never even scheduled. How nice. I had a mri there. The report read like it was written by a 5th grader! The radiologist missed all the points that were in another MRI from a legitimate MRI testing company. They may be ok for other test but definitely not for an MRI. Save yourself the aggravation of having to redo it which I now have to do and have a reputable radiologist read it and write a report. This has caused such distress where i have to have another MRI and be exposed to all the radiation this is something an attorney needs to start digging up all radiologist reports! read more

I went for a cervical/lumbar MRI on Friday. I then took the disc to my dr., only to find out today that they had put two lumbar MRI's on one disc, and labeled the disc, Cervical and Lumbar. I had to have the doctor's office call them to tell them this and then I had to go to pick up the discs. I had ordered an extra disc, so it was two discs that they made in error. read more

This review is solely based on my experience today as I cannot speak to the results or know how they will turn out like the previous reviews mentioned. First of all, I completely hate MRI's. I have not had the best experiences in the past, and so I already had anxiety going into today's appointment. First of all the check in staff were incredibly nice, and welcoming. They seemed very friendly and happy to be there with how they spoke to me and how I observed them speak to every patient there. This includes the employees coming out to the waiting room calling patients into a separate area than I ended up going to. The waiting room is not fancy but it was spacious, clean, and there was a working TV on. There is a vending machine with plenty of options in the waiting room. I did not use the vending machine but I did overhear the service guy was coming out to fix something on it. The MRI machine was more open than others I have been, as the back behind your head was not closed in. My MRI technician was Yvenel and I could probably write 4 yelp reviews on how incredible HE was as an individual. He was very patient & calming unlike my last experience at DPI, where the tech pulled the table out after one try and suggested I "go get drugs from your doctor and reschedule." Most I take is ibuprofen lol so no! Yvenel worked through my mini panic attack the first time going in and helped with a solution that made me very comfortable in the machine, then he would come on the speaker every few minutes to make sure I was OK and let me know how much longer I had to go. I could not have asked for a better MRI technician, InMed is truly lucky to have an outstanding tech like himself & I hope they know that. Would choose this place with this technician over and over again over DPI any day of the week. read more

I can't even tell you how upset I am right now. After a less than stellar experience at their actual facility I had to spend over a week chasing down my results. I finally get a call from my regular Dr that the report InMed sent over stated my mammogram was normal. A day later I get a letter saying they found something. Now I have to go back to my regular Dr to try to make sense of all this. It's very unprofessional that my Dr & I received two different reports. I have a family history of breast cancer and can not take any chances. read more

Got an appointment for both an MRI and CT Scan the next morning after DPI couldn't make up their minds the day before about an appointment booked weeks earlier, if they took my insurance or not. InMed did and had an opening in less than 24 hours. Didn't wait long, staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Techs Yvenel and Patty were the best. Highly recommend. read more

WOW! I almost canceled my appointment after reading the reviews the night before I was scheduled 9/20/2017. I had waited so long for the appointment I just wanted to get it over with. As usual the receptionist's don't great you, but unfortunately we've become accustom to that, a simple "good morning" would do wonders. Anyway, I went for a mammogram, it had been 6 years. The wait was about 20 min. including filling out forms and giving insurance ID's and personal ID's..Teresa was awesome, she called my name we exchanged pleasantries and went to the back. The room was very inviting, even had twinkle pink lights. The equipment was very modern, the changing room was a part of the exam room so you don't have to go to a waiting room with that paper cover-up on, it was pink, how cool is that! All in All, the BEST mammogram I've ever had, I'm 69 so I know what I'm talking about. So to all of you young girls just starting out, go here first, if your insurance accepts InMed, this is as good as it gets!!! My doctor gave me a script for Elite Imaging, Coral Springs, I've been there before, it's a nightmare, so he told me I could go where ever I wanted as long as it accepted my insurance. I'm amazed this place turn out to be so Awesome. read more

I can't believe that this care center has been given such bad reviews! My two experiences with them were absolutely wonderful. The receptionists Shay and Arlene were both very polite, courteous and helpful. The manager, Shannon Hoffman, was such a great person who truly cares for their patients. She took the time to listen to me and was so understanding of my unfortunate situation. She made me feel so special! But I was blown away by the professionalism of the MRI tech, Yvenel. He did everything in his ability to make the experience as comfortable as possible, (we all know MRIs are not the easiest thing to go through), and as I continuously thanked him, not only was he polite and told me that it's his job to make the patients feel as comfortable as possible, but this wonderful young man actually said that he treats each patient the way he would want his mother, sister or grandmother to be treated. You don't hear things like that from many young people these days. I would recommend this location to anyone! They truly are full of compassion and care about their patients. I had a 10:15 am appointment for a chest x-ray that my physician set up and sent the prescription to them. Arrived at 10 am and signed in, was given paper work and returned it in 5 minutes. At 10:45 front desk calls me and returns my insurance card and drivers license that I had given them at 10 am. I am told x-rays are a few minutes behind. Front desk is rude and they do not care if you are seen or not, they also put people in line where they feel like it. Two people who came in after me without appointments were taken ahead of me for chest x-rays. The man next to me who had an 11 am appointment and came in at 10:45 am was also taken ahead of me because his wife told the front desk he was on oxygen??? What the heck are appointments for. I was finally taken at 12 pm, when there was no one else left for a chest x-ray. I will never go to this place again. Also, they did not get the results to my doctor for 2 days. read more
