The environment itself was not clean and did not inspire confidence in the level of care being provided. One issue that was especially frustrating involved accessibility accommodations. The paperwork stated that patients using mobility devices would be provided with a wheelchair if needed. I arrived using crutches, yet no wheelchair was offered. Instead, I had to repeatedly walk back and forth on my crutches between the front desk and various areas in the back, which was difficult and uncomfortable given my medical condition. Most concerning was the delay in receiving my report and results, especially since this imaging was related to a medically necessary surgery. Timely communication is critical in situations like this. In addition, I was not provided with the documentation and follow-up information needed for my surgical team, causing further delays and frustration. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, scheduling issues, failure to honor stated accessibility accommodations, and failure to provide necessary medical documentation made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this location and hope management takes steps to improve patient care, accessibility, and service.

I was surprised to find that this office actually opens on Sunday, which is great for me because I had a hectic work schedule that week. The staff were helpful and professional and my appointment was right on schedule. What I like about this place is their MRI machine. Most places they have you lying down on a flat bed and put you in this tunnel which might be scary for people who might be claustrophobic. But with their machine you actually get to sit down on a chair, the actual MRI scanner is on your back so you actually get to watch TV on the wall in front of you. Thus there is no feeling of being trapped. The actually session was only about 20 min and they give you the imagines on a CD Rom at the end. Very organized and professional But hopefully I don't have to get a need to get another MRI soon but if I do, I would be back.

They are not the demeaning ugly hospital gowns that just snap once at the top. And lockers are provided for our clothes and purses if we want to use them. This is a nice womanly touch. The desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have always felt that the place is run efficiently and that everyone seems to care about the patient.

My parents have been coming to Holy Cross for many years, I just drive them and attend their appointments these days - we all get old.

Upon entering it was controlled chaos with fifteen impatient people waiting for the next step of the application process. I have been here a few times in the past but prefer the "Open MRI" machine since I've had issues with the thirty year old tiny hole version and had to reset another appointment. The process was simple: 1. Sign your name on the chart 2. Fill out stats and waiver 3. Wait for your name called 4. Meet with intake staff 5. Sit and stay very silent 6. Name called and enter 7. Secure personal items 8. MRI conducted for 15 min 9. Obtain disc of MRI 10. Leave quickly My MRI was promptly conducted on my appointment time. The tech Melissa was so nice and explained each step of the MRI process which went flawlessly while listening to 80s rock which produced a calming effect when in the tube. It was concluded in fifteen minutes and was provided a disc of the MRI to take with me to the follow up appointment with my ortho.

The gentleman that did the swab was nice, and patient with me as I was terrified. I know some people that have had it, and while I wasn't around them, I am fighting a sinus infection and now I have an itch in my throat, so I said if there's no wait, I'll get tested. They took my insurance card, swabbed my nostrils and mouth, and sent me on my way, didn't even take 10 minutes.
