I was surprised to find that this office actually opens on Sunday, which is great for me because I had a hectic work schedule that week. The staff were helpful and professional and my appointment was right on schedule. What I like about this place is their MRI machine. Most places they have you lying down on a flat bed and put you in this tunnel which might be scary for people who might be claustrophobic. But with their machine you actually get to sit down on a chair, the actual MRI scanner is on your back so you actually get to watch TV on the wall in front of you. Thus there is no feeling of being trapped. The actually session was only about 20 min and they give you the imagines on a CD Rom at the end. Very organized and professional But hopefully I don't have to get a need to get another MRI soon but if I do, I would be back.

The appointments are taken very close to your slotted time. Holy Cross provides an array of medical assistance in each of their Fort Lauderdale locations. The doctors are knowledgeable and very patient with the elderly. My parents have been coming to Holy Cross for many years, I just drive them and attend their appointments these days - we all get old.

The sign outside says you need an appointment, but I called, left a message and immediately they called me back and said to pull around to the back. The gentleman that did the swab was nice, and patient with me as I was terrified. I know some people that have had it, and while I wasn't around them, I am fighting a sinus infection and now I have an itch in my throat, so I said if there's no wait, I'll get tested. They took my insurance card, swabbed my nostrils and mouth, and sent me on my way, didn't even take 10 minutes.
