I left a message at Dr Kashian's office and he personally called me back in minutes. The treatment was everything I had hoped for. The doctor ask pertinent questions just so that he could get an idea of what I was dealing with. Then he had his certified massage therapist loosen up the muscles around my neck and upper back using a high frequency massage wand. The doctor gently ranged my neck back-and-forth so that he could feel what was going on and he told me he's not gonna crack my bones right there so go ahead and relax. When it came to the adjustment phase he told me he was going to adjust my neck just a little bit. It felt like the perfect spot to be adjusted that's just what I needed. I felt great and I could easily rotate my neck! Dr Kashian told me I might need only one more visit or so but to make sure I drink enough water, get a microwaveable heating pad and call anytime if I experience more problems with it. I did have a second appointment a few days later and he followed up and made me promise to get the heating pad and asked again if I was drinking enough water. The point is the doctor was more concerned about my situation and feeling better than he was about trying to schedule me for endless visits. Everyone at the office was friendly and I highly recommend Dr. Kashian.

Due to lifestyle, genetics, and aging, my lower back began experiencing pain in about 2011. I tried other quick-fix chiropractors but that seems to make the pain much worse and I did not experience the same relief that I did with Dr. Kasian so I just attributed it to getting older. The lower back pain was not so bothersome to the point to continue the painful 'quick adjusts' and ibuprofen kept me satisfied on the days it was acute. Fast forward to 2019 and my lower back was weakened and then injured after laparoscopic surgery. The injury and pain had been ongoing since February and I was afraid that my degenerative-disc genetics had caught up with me. Interestingly, I remembered Dr. Kasian's technique from 2004 and how maybe that was the way back to, at least, alleviating some of the pain that was turning me into a sour-puss. I saw Dr. Kasian in July and now, in September, I can say that I am truly on the road to full recovery. The good: Dr. Kasian is fast (he does not waste your time or sell you anything), his technique is in the interest of healing and he is very reliable. You can tell that he cares about and listens to your body. He is very experienced and has a natural gift and healing energy. The bad: Dr. Kasian makes you feel so much better that you don't get to go see him too much anymore. He isn't trying to get you to be a lifelong, weekly customer and, that is too bad because I love his healing office and the healing tools that he lets you use. Okay, I guess this isn't really BAD. If you are considering chiropractic, please see Dr. Kasian. Combine his remarkable healing techniques with your openness to healing and you will see results. In fact, for a while, many of my colleagues who used to work with me all would go there as well. Dr. Vincent Amoia and Dr. Lynn Genet both personalize the care for each patient, which made me feel quite valued! Now, to be honest, I used to take advantage of my medical plan to enjoy a complimentary massage (and chiropractic care) with a small co-pay. So, in a matter of sense, I only got my adjustments as I wanted to get the massages. Then, in hindsight, I realized my back was feeling better after a series of adjustments. Plus, my medical plan eventually stopped including a massage in a visit. It's still worth it to get an adjustment and stem treatment for a small co-pay and then the option of a massage plan (discounted monthly hour-long massage or two half-hour massages). I give American Chiropractic Center five stars because of the customer service on all levels (front desk staff, massage therapists, doctors, physical therapy/stem staff, and everyone else there) and how they make me feel. I also think they offer a quality service as a reasonable price.
