I sued Douglas Huhn DBA Property HDR and won the case. He owes me $3,962 for a floorplan project…read moreand website that were never done. Do not do business with this person...he will steal your money.

I contacted Property HDR to prepare a complete marketing package for a nine lot luxury subdivision…read more I emphasized several times that we are selling a complete subdivision, and not just a house. Based on their assurances, I paid for the full package of services, including twilight, aerial, virtual walk-through, brochure, etc. What a waste of time and money ... I was supposed to meet the photographer and videographer to coordinate at the site for 3-4 hours. As the photographer apparently couldn't make it, only one person showed up and I spent nearly seven hours with him. Then, a couple of days after the shoot, when I was supposed to have received my media, I was told that the photo files were corrupted and that they would have to be re-shot. So, I had to meet another photographer for 3 more hours to re-shoot. It only went downhill from there; things came in pieces, and while some was useful, the item that I really needed, the aerial video was a mess - it focused almost entirely on the model home instead of the subdivision. I pointed this out, and DJ said that he agreed and would oversee making the edits. A couple of weeks later, I received an updated video, which was still way too heavy on the house. While they claimed to understand and have experience with marketing subdivisions, they clearly have no idea how to do so. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting to receive a video that I can use. So, I've been marketing using a video that I created on Vimeo, using mostly footage that I shot myself. I wish I could just get my money back, as my time is irrecoverable. DJ used to just keep saying he's sorry, now he won't even respond.
