Lori was passive aggressive, refused to alter proofs that had watermark stamps stamps covering our faces and canceled a scheduled appointment to review in-person last minute(because again she refused to lighten the watermark stamps on the proofs). I let it go because I'm too busy to deal with it until after the holidays. It's a week before Christmas and she texted me warning she will now have to charge me extra to pull the photos for review. Very unprofessional and discourteous. There are so many other options out there to consider. Don't be like me and miss out on capturing family photos that can't be redone.

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. As a bonus, the studio is conveniently located next to an amazing deli, which was perfect for grabbing a bite during the session. There is plenty of parking and the studio vibe is chill.
