The location is on a quieter part of Bell Blvd yet close enough to the core of the strip. The parking in this area is likely better than if it were a few more blocks south. Such a nice, cozy place to practice yoga and meditating, but I do think they should place a much lower capacity on the class because in my last class, I literally had someone on each corner of my mat and the room is not a huge space either. Yoga mats are available, the props are clean, and Teresa being such a wonderful instructor, always makes sure everyone is tended to and is comfortable.

She started with a detailed dry massage and then went in to the oil massage. The dry massage hit the spot, it was the perfect pressure. When she started with the oil massage I was sold. She hit all the correct pressure points and removed all knots. I have a desk job and I run. The pressure was definitely higher on the oil massage but I've had worse and it felt amazing! She focused on my shoulders and lower back both of which I needed the massage for. I didn't even need to tell her, her experience spotted my problem points. I was able to relax although it was very lightly painful. It wasn't like some of the rough massages I've had in the past. I didn't leave the place in pain but left feeling so relaxed. I go every month for a massage and this was literally the best massage of my life. The only caveat is that I wish she had focused on my legs a bit more. The place is very clean, it has rooms, they play light music but you can hear if someone is talking next door. The people are friendly as well! I will recommend this location, I haven't been to the one in Manhattan but I've read not good reviews of that location. I will be back and would like to try out their other services! I found this place and we decided to go not only was it way out from where we live but parking sucks. Whatever we finally make it to our appointment on time we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before they would actually speak to us and check us in. The lady asked us if we've ever been there before we said no and it didn't make much of a difference. The massage themselves weren't as bad as experience. They were actually pretty good other than the fact that they did whatever they wanted to do during the 30 minute body and a 30 minute foot messages the end of the experience is what got me. Not only on arrival that I have to pay extra for both me and my girlfriend to have hot stones during our massage, $10 each by the way, they also claim that tip should be no lower than $15. They have a sign that says that and they don't allow people to leave unless you pay higher than $15 in tip for each masseuse. I attempted to pay my masseuse a five dollar tip which realistically I wasn't gonna do anyways but you know out of respect. I'm like I'm gonna give five dollars and he seemed disgusted by my five and refused it. I was utterly appalled and extremely aggravated so I just pulled out a 20 broken down in half and left with a attitude. I feel like they are very unprofessional and money hungry that's my personal opinion though. Everybody else can act as though the end doesn't throw them off, but it threw me. I will never be returning and i made sure to make that extremely clear to the receptionist who was trying to get me to leave a positive review in hopes of $10 off of my next money hungry greedy massage. fuck no.

A few notes for those of you expecting certain things with your foot massage: -There are no blackout curtains so you will be able to see into the parking lot, if that impacts your experience. -The employees speak to each other in regular level decibels while giving treatment - in other words, this is not a "quiet" place. -I paid for a one hour foot massage which started at 4:30PM. They finished at 5:24 with six minutes left on my clock. If you are expecting a full hour, you might not get it, just be aware. -I tipped 30% because my therapist was great with the pressure on her knuckles, and focused on my feet the whole time (as opposed to other places which will do 20 minutes on each leg/foot, 20 on your shoulders etc.) - The therapist was NOT happy with a 30% tip and made a face as if she was expecting more. I had no other cash on me, but the face she made was a bit off-putting. Still, I would go back based on the cleanliness, the quality of work, and the proximity to home. If you choose to go here, just be mindful of my feedback.

The place is a little off th beaten path, but everyone that works there is so very very nice and kind. I went in there for what I thought was a hyperthyroid condition, and it turns out just to be a lot of stress. The acupuncturist was very patient with me in the consultation (only $20) and the acupuncture treatment was very thorough (though not necssarily relaxing after all there are needles going into your body). He also did this other things on my spine which involved activating my vertebrae/loosening them up. I also received a tui na massage which was very very helpful. The doctor went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and to recommend me other additional ways to help change what I was experiencing (yoga and tai qi/qi gong) as well as other thoughtful advice. I highly recommend!
