I told her they were way more thin then I was expecting, yet she didn't offer me anything. I then got my lip waxed, paid then left. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and there was quite a bit of hair that she missed. I decided to go back in and say something and she told me it was because I had moisturizer on that the wax didn't work as well, she said she tried to wax over it twice. Yet she still charged me full price for a wax that wasn't even done properly.

However, on my neck and upper chest the treatment left a large red rash with bumps. I consulted with the owner after a few weeks that treatment has caused this damage and I received no support or call back. I have gone to my own doctor for medication, but next time I will use a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment.
