Definitely echo the other reviews so far on Yelp!…read more Kelly. Is. Amazing. We were having the hardest time finding a good nights sleep for our 9 month old. We read several books and found ourselves making some progress but getting confused as to the nuances of applying the techniques. All still never getting our kid to sleep through the night without waking up 2-3 times for minutes to hours. We were looking for someone that would help us and not follow a full-extinction methodology from the get go. After looking around at some yelp reviews, facebook mom groups, and Weissbluth sleep offerings, we decided to do a consult with Kelly. She did a phone consult with us to understand where we were at so that she could determine what approach we should best follow should we work with her. Kelly then scheduled time to come out to see our place and our nursery and to talk through starting the sleep training. She also provided a shared spreadsheet and sleep plan that she would follow and adjust with us as needed. We were apprehensive about how it would all go but we gave it a go and our little guy slept through the whole night on the first night. Kelly helped us have confidence in what we had taught our baby so far and how far we could stretch it to improve his self-soothing skills. As our 3-weeks with Kelly proceeded, we had weekly check in calls and were able to text her with any questions that came up as we navigated moving from 3 naps down to 2 daily naps and a slightly fluid bedtime. We're at the end now and while sleep isn't perfect yet, we now have a baby that sleeps peacefully through the night and has 2 naps a day totaling between 2-3 hours. He falls asleep in 10 mins or less after we put him down, sometimes as fast as 2 mins. We feel confident we can get his sleep even more predictable on our own now. Did I mention that Kelly. Is. He is an AMAZING doctor because of the…read morefollowing reasons. a) At my first appointment, as well as the subsequent appointments, he took the time to listen and hear my side of the story about my medical history instead of just looking at my previous medical records and making a quick snap judgement about how to treat me. b) If Dr. Golbin has you take a test like an overnight sleep study, EEG, or prescribes you medication, he takes the time to explain everything to the patient in a way that they will understand why he is doing it. Most doctors I have been to just want to get you in and out fast to bill as many appointments as possible, but Dr. Golbin is not like that. He really cares about his patients and getting them better. c) Dr. Golbin is a good man. I see it in the way he treats me, his office staff, etc... At the end of the day, a doctor's job is ultimately to fix or manage the patient's symptoms. But at the same time, it really means a lot to me that I know Dr. Golbin became a doctor to help people, and not just because he wanted to make a lot of money and have a prestigious job. Thank you Dr. Golbin and your entire staff. I prescribe you good luck! With gratitude, Scott

He doesn't look at me as if I was a scientific puzzle to solve. He is always very timely with appointments. I've never been rushed in any way. He will be the first to tell you that he is not a mixologist at a saloon. We chose the in-home sleep training package, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Lisa helped us properly set up our baby's nursery for optimal sleep and guided us in establishing healthy sleep habits while eliminating the ones that were making sleep difficult. Before working with her, our baby relied heavily on being breastfed, rocked, and soothed to sleep. It often took hours to get him down, and naps could take up most of my day. At night, he would wake 6-8 times for feeding or soothing, and we rarely got even a two-hour stretch of sleep. When Lisa came, she was able to change everything starting from the very first night. Our breastfed baby now sleeps through the night with no feedings and is able to nap independently as well. The difference in his mood and energy is incredible--he is now a much happier and more well-rested baby. In addition to the in-home support, Lisa was very communicative and supportive throughout the remaining 14 days via text, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. I highly recommend Lisa to any parents struggling with sleep, and I will absolutely be working with her again for our future babies.

When it came time to sleep train our second baby, we knew right away we'd reach out to her again. Lisa is simply amazing at customizing her approach to each baby's needs. She guided us through weaning our little one off night feedings and helped him go from being rocked to sleep, to sleeping independently for both naps and nighttime. He's now sleeping through the night, and it's been a total game changer for us. What sets Lisa apart is that she checks in daily throughout the two-week process, making sure you feel supported every step of the way. It's not just a generic plan you follow alone--she's there to help you troubleshoot and adapt, which makes the whole process so much more effective. She's also super fast to respond which is so reassuring when you need guidance. We can't recommend Lisa enough to any family looking for a personalized, responsive, and truly effective sleep training experience!

Then I was recommended to visit Dr.Girgis. He took simple diagnosis steps. After my first visit I started noticing that I was breathing very unevenly, with obstructed flow on one side. On my second visit, Dr.Girgis pinpointed a suspicion and confirmed it with a quick CT scan showing an almost golf ball size cyst in my sinuses, as well as deviated septum. The cyst must had been growing slowly so I never detected a sudden change in my breathing. He recommended surgery to remove it and promised I will breathing much better afterwards. He advised that I will need to take a week off, and will take a few weeks to fully recover. I doubted that I will need a week off from my work, and we scheduled the procedure a few weeks afterwards. After surgery that went well and as planned (I was sleeping 3 hours or so), the healing process started. My nose kept bleeding but on the third day after surgery I experienced a short deep sleep that was the "Ah-ha! This is like it should be when you get a good night of sleep!" moment. I went back to work, and have aggravated my nose, and had difficult time coping with my constant nose bleeding that progressively slowly stopped by the 6th day. I was surprised when on the 6th day after surgery dr.Girgis pulled two 5 inch long plastic stems from my nostrils and a long draining tube... Hahaha. Two months after surgery my inner nose and its lining are almost normal, just a touch sensitive (well, the septum was cut and repositioned). At the end, it was all worth it. Girgis and all his staff were always very professional, and friendly. My breathing and quality of sleep has dramatically improved. And I got my life back, Big Thank You Dr.Girgis.

But then I was involved in a car accident that shifted my nasal septum even more causing my nose to look completely off. I went to Dr. Girgis & Associates so they can diagnose my nose. Dr. Girgis told me that with just the internal surgery I should notice a major difference in my breathing and my nose will look straight again. So I went ahead with the Surgery. The surgery went well and I recovered fast. The final outcome was YES I'm breathing much better but my nose still look slightly off but not as bad as before.

And when I showed up, it was dark and empty The location was easy to find and since it was basically closed at 8pm, parking was easy and empty. You walk to the front door and get buzzed in. Inside, it was quiet and clean and empty. You walk down the elevators and into the sleep study unit You are introduced to your tech/employee for the night. And they give you a quick tour of your room. By 9pm, I was already in my PJ, hooked up to like 30 sensors from head to toe, belly banded, pulse ox on finger and CO2 nose monitor. And since you can't move, I was left in my room in the dark at 9pm to start my sleep Truthly, the sleep part was terrible. You can't move due to all the sensors. And if any get disconnected, they will have to come in to fix it. My guy was very nice and friendly. But do not expect to get any quality sleep. It was just terrible and it was no one's fault. Time was going by so slowly but by 11pm, I guess my apnea was bad enough to give myself a cpap. And supposedly after that, they said I slept like an "angel" At 5am, I was woken up. They removed the sensors and said I could shower if I wanted. And if I wanted some juice. I did not feel well rested and I was ready to leave and go home to get some real sleep Overall, while the study itself was bad... it's not the fault of Duly or the staff. The staff was nice and friendly and very informative. The rooms were clean but I didn't get to really "enjoy" it like a mini hotel. It was basically straight to bed.
