I Had Bladder Prolapse, after which I became very paranoid. i was afraid to do anything that I feel may compromise my Pelvic floor. I have been going to Inner Dynamics in Toms River for several months after being given the reference from my Dr in Philadelphia. I put it off as long as I could absolutely dreading the idea. I cannot begin to tell you how comfortable and relaxed I felt with Dr Jamie Scomack! She totally puts you at ease, and what I thought was a hopeless situation I was just informed that I am nearing the end of the need for PT!! (When I think of it she's right! ). It's made a world of difference in my life and given me so much more confidence. I just graduated from my pelvic pt here for a bladder prolapse and I've never felt stronger or more armed with a plan moving forward with routine exercise and continued pelvic floor strengthening. My condition is in maintenance now, with no discomfort or leakage. (With just a few daily exercises in a few short months- this was staggering results). I have been in combined therapies with my gyno for hormone replacement, laser therapy and for treatment of Lichen Sclerosus. Believe me when i say this-- the pelvic pt is my best friend. The meds and creams and laser light saber thing can all do just so much. You gotta strengthen all that up. I felt like i had a personal gym trainer but in a spa-like setting. This is a lovely office. The staff is friendly and they are wonderful with flexibility in scheduling. I had laser procedures (through my gyno) in between pt sessions and they were so great with working around those weeks. I worked with Christine, who just a delight. These things are hard to talk about and she was so calming and easy to work with. I was at my wit's end when i first arrived here. This office was not covered by my insurance. I went here anyway, with no regrets. You absolutely owe it to yourself to get help like this. read more

i'm not entirely sure where to start, so i'll start by explaining what brought me to inner dynamics. i was 18/19 when i started and just turned 20 when i finished my program there, so about a year total. ever since i was 14 i had dealt with frustrating pain from penetration, with anything including tampons and so on. if i had understood my condition, vaginismus, sooner than 18 years old i would've came here sooner, but i really only learned about it and understood it 4 years after first noticing the issue personally. i worked with Dr.Scomak over that year, and she helped me thoroughly understand my condition, treat it, and be able to completely overcome any issues that arose from that condition. She's seriously a true angel, i loved working with her. she made the appointments comfortable and she's one of the nicest and funniest people on this planet. i will actually miss working with her just because of how cool she was to talk to. If anyones reading this review and is dealing with penetration pain or discomfort, and you don't know where to go, GO HERE GIRL. trust me this place ultimately turned my life around after years of me thinking i probably wouldn't be able to fix the issue. read more

My experience with Inner Dynamics has been consistently outstanding, starting with the front desk. The staff are pleasant, easy to deal with, have great communication and insurance billing skills. (I can not say this for most medical offices.) Dr. Ankiewicz was highly recommended by one of my doctors for treatment of multiple conditions. I find her to be compassionate, gentle, professional and an expert in her field. Dr. Ankiewicz provides me with the tools needed to improve my health and keep my disorders from becoming more advanced. I am also being treated by Lisa, one of the Physical Therapists in this practice. She is honestly the best I have ever been treated by. I have been to many physical therapists over the past 15 years due to a spinal disorder. One on one care is provided. Lisa explains the reason for the exercises and what the outcome will be.
