Great selection, really reasonable prices and a super convenient location on coast hwy. So here's my little story: I bought a small $25 pipe and my friend asked the guy how much screens were. He said they were free with purchase, just ask for them at the cash register. Awesome! So we did that. When we were getting checked out we asked the other guy for screens and he said "yeah, sure." We get back to my apartment and unwrap my brand new little pipe and guess what? No screens! Bummer. read more

The headshop is what's to be expected. They have just about everything you could need at mediocre prices. The service leaves much to be desired. My boyfriend and I went in to buy hooka tobacco and stood by the case for a solid 10 minutes with no one offering us any help. Now its pretty lame, the shirt selection is stale, 'cept 4 a few (very few) new additions (of the same bands), still waiting 4 them 2 get in some Chimaira merch & the vinyl decal selection SUCKS! I've also been waiting over a YEAR 4 the skeleton arm inscent holder 2 come in, whoever is managing that place has no clue how 2 keep a place like that stocked! If the job was available I'd take it in a heartbeat! Needed a simple 510 threaded vape battery and couldn't have picked a better place. The store is super nice and had a really awesome selection of beautiful glass pieces as well. Great place to shop if you're Jay, Silent Bob, or a 14 year old rebel looking to conform to the non-conformist norm. If you want a Metallica t-shirt, they've got it. If you want some silly barbell to put in your nose, they've got it. If you need some incense and a bong because your loser friends are coming over later on, you've got it. The place used to have a decent selection of some harder to find metal CDs, but with the internet, as well as record stores which actually appreciate their customers, go take a look around someplace else. the worst shopping experience I have ever had. We purchased a pipe which broke from a single use. We went in to ask for an exchange of the same and we were treated like criminals. We spoke to a manager who first claimed that they tested their products and then admitted they did not. He claimed it was "the nature of the business". Customer service really is key. We Went shopping down coast highway at outer limits, their competition. We wanted to check around before making a major purchase so we came to view the selection at inner world. At first I thought this is going to be easy, let's leave. Then I took a closer look and saw they had some really unique, custom, and reasonably priced glass! It was awesome to hear the staff support local companies with honest and knowledgeable information. The staff was spectacular. I felt as though I was being educated instead of being taken advantage of. The guys in there really took the time to let us water test and ask questions. I felt like my business mattered and that me being a customer was a compliment. That made all the difference, ended up spending close to $500!! I am very happy with my overall experience. I subtracted a star because I do think they need to change the display. They need to showcase some pieces. Just need to change the overall appearance of interior. Thanks! read more

This store is eclectic, you can find your old rock and roll and fun t-shirts, music, insense and other fun things like that. They are a great little store to have as a neighbor. We send them all of our customers that want what we don't have and then send us people looking for a more safisticated smoke, "The fine cigar". I hear many think it's a little rowdy store and crowd I must say I I'm right across the street and see a different crowd but have never seen any trouble. read more

This place is just an average head shop now. They used to have a good crew that worked there and always took care of me. Now it seems like just they don't care if you buy or not. Okay, first of all, let me say that this place is clean for a head shop. However, I feel that it is a combination head shop, tattoo supplier, and cheap pawn shop. It's weird. I came in here to exchange a white elephant gift for something I would enjoy, and it took me FOREVER to pick out a vase and candle holder. I swear I snagged the only two normal things in there. Where can I start? First of all don't go there! Now this is what happened we went into this head shop looking for a kool pipe. Which was kind of difficult when you have rude people that don't want to lift a finger working there. Anyways we found one and when we got home we foud out that it was just a novelty piece you literally can't do anything with it. The piece just doesn't work the hole at the bottom of the bowl was fused to the bottom of the pipe. And to top it off those wack people that work inside that head shop wont let us exchange it. read more

This place is a piece of Oceanside.... The beach wouldn't be the same without it. I have been coming here since High School, way before it was separated into two buildings. They have always had nice, honest employees that still hold an essence of what Southern California beach living is. I've never had a bad shopping experience here. I've been coming here since I moved here in 2010 and always stop by when I'm downtown. One of their managers' named Kyle mainly works on the gift side of the store and I'm always thrilled to receive his assistance. He's always helpful, happy and funny. All around great customer service. I don't always visit the pipe side of the store only because I don't smoke, but they're gift side will have something for anyone. read more

I have to say, I was more than impressed with the above average customer service and knowledge of products that I received from Zack and John. I finally got to go into the mysterious second half of the store yesterday, and it is a really cool place. The staff guys were friendly, let me examine all the items I asked about. They have some pieces in display cases that are amazing works of craftsmanship, for a nice price ($200+). They have a wide range of everything, water pipes line their walls, a whole row of different rolling papers, everything you could imagine. They also have a pretty big-sized box of rolling papers that I guess no one buys, going for 50 cents a pack. I ended up picking up just two of those value packs and a glass screen, but they were really chill with me. Definitely going back when I get a bit more money. read more
