Walked in and said hello how are you? Cashier responded with hello. Walked towards tobacco wraps and asked if they had my product and was told everything is in front of me I should use my eyes. I ask again as I search through the 50 or so products for my product. person walked over and pointed to something that was not my product. I told you to use your eyes. I explained that wasn't my product that I would like the smaller ones and he told me they were out. I turned around and walked out. I gave this man nothing but kindness, and he absolutely no reason to be rude to me. May he have the success that he deserves. read more

Humidor seems dry, but decent prices on Rocky patels. Prices were good, however, the humidor was very dry, as were the cigars. Guy at the counter was more interested in watching movies that help: although suddenly interested in the next person who came in for "help with a water pipe". Not sure what that was all about. read more

I've been buying cigarettes here for 3 years now. Always friendly and even special ordered a brand they didn't stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the sparse hours they are open on the weekends especially Sunday. Other han that this is the place to go. read more

Love this shop! The owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Competitive prices and a clean, well stocked business keeps me coming back, even after moving to Oceanside. I consider Nick a friend, as I am at his store regularly to support my nasty smoking habit and as far as I've found in the area his prices are by far the most "affordable." He has never been rude, or treated me with nothing but respect. Culturally he is more reserved than your typical small biz operator, but he's gone so far as to allow my dog in his shop and he even plays with him. I think for those who felt they were treated badly, may have mistook a quiet demeanor for a bad attitude. I have seen him interact with his clientele: he knows peoples' names, has your regular order ready for you at the counter. But bottom line is price, so that trumps all and his prices are above and beyond the best in the area. read more

I have frequented this shop for some time now (over a year) to get vapor cigs and other vape products. The gentlemen who works here has always been kind and understanding to any issues I had and i have had a lot with many vape products. Holy crap... what an asshole! this is the only place with decent cigarette prices and any pipe tobacco selection between my work and home and i have recently been smoking the ol' pipe a lot more so i stopped in. as always, the owner (an indian gentleman) starts staring me down the minute i walk in the door. i start looking through the tobacco selection very carefully and slowly as usual, and i feel his gaze. as always, he pesters me about my age (im 20 and he knows this). i try to make small talk ('where are you from?', ect...) to try and seem nice but he responds with 'where do you think'? and other assholey stuff. he gets mad cause i ask to look at a couple zippos and dont buy them cause they are knockoffs and go back to perusing the tobacco, after deciding on a couple small pouches i hear the gaze behind me, 'listen buddy, im going on a break so are you going to buy something or get out?' caught off guard i grabbed my choices and hurry to the counter saying 'sorry man, you just have a lot of different crap here' (thats just the way i talk and by my tone, i obviously meant no offense). of course he explodes on that too and when i try to explain, nono thats just the way i speak he was already shut off 'uh huh, whatever'. just cause i was curious i went out to my car parked right out front and smoked my pipe for 20-25 min to watch him go on his 'break' but of course it was bs. oh yeah, every other customer who came in had friendly back and forths with him. dont go to this judgemental craphole and if you do, punch him in the face for me. read more
