I really love this place, I would never give it anything other than five stars. For example, if I were to , let's say, have a experience while making a purchase, that was only like nine on a scale of 1 to 10. That would translate to a four point five (I'm just doing that in my head so I hope I was able to get it correct, because it would be extremely embarrassing to make a math mistake like that in public, especially since I've always really liked numbers. That goes back to being a kid that loved watching baseball on wtbs before Ted sold out and married Jane. That's a really really really really really really really really long time ago. Like thirty five or thirty six years, again, PLEASE don't quote me on the math!!!!!!!!) almost as long as Shannon has been a lifelong forty niners of San Francisco football team. (They actually don't play anywhere near San Francisco, I mean cooooomecon would you play within the city limits if you didn't have to?????) don't get me wrong San Francisco used to be a world class destination type city. I would have described it as second only to New York City, well I kind way over shot with that comparison. I would have at one time put it closer to on par with like a Kansas City Missouri or a saint Louis Missouri. But boy that would not be the comparison I would make now. I purchased a G-Pen with two glass tanks included, a few weeks ago. However, I opened the box to find one glass tank and one plastic tank. I thought, no big deal. Wrong. The glass tank burnt out after about ten uses and couldn't figure out how to fill the plastic tank. ...and yes, I watched the YouTube tutorials and went to the official G-Pen website for the tutorials. Not much help on the plastic tank. So why did I leave a 5 star rating? Superior customer service. I admit that I went in irritated, but the young lady resolved the issue with a smile. She replaced one tank and gave me some inexpensive, but useful accessories She walked me through the maintenance, filling process and best vaporizing practices of the G-Pen and it's parts. The High Country is the best smoke shop I think I have ever visited I dealt with an employee named Sarah and she was exceptionally professional courteous and attentive to all my needs I bought a product online that was faulty and she pointed me in the right direction and fix all my problems for me I woke up and really needed to medicate but couldn't get my pen to work when I went and bought a battery and got home to find that it did not work there was no problem they returned it no questions asked swapped it out for a brand new one and make sure it worked before I left the store and gave me a 30 day warranty tops in my book no other smoke shop offers warranties like that for sure this is my new smoke shop for all my tobacco paraphernalia needs read more

Came into The High Country yesterday to purchase a new water pipe. The selection was very impressive, and I really liked how the shop is set up in a square. Right off bat, Carrie told me that she would hook it up! I was pleased with her knowledge and customer service. She then got a feel for what I like, and suggested a few options. First of all when i walked in and asked where the glass downstems were, and this old shrew lady answered me with "WHAT? do i have to show them where they are?" Have loved this shop for a good handful of years now, and find myself visiting it again now that my boyfriend works in the auto center.
