Jamaica designed a 6 hour experience for us and it was beautiful! She walked me through planning the menu with wine and bubbles! They make an incredible champagne tea you have to try! As a group we started with Zin Yoga to relax and get ready for the rest of the time! The yoga instructor was amazing and led us into a deep mediation during yoga which was beautiful! Jamaica had our rotation very well planned! It was perfect! We also experienced breath work, tuning bowls, chakra therapy, facials, massage and ended with a beautiful sound bath!
