Friendly front desk ladies. Waiting room is full but it flows. Parking is sparse but doable. They have free samples of skin care items in the waiting room. The waiting room is nice. You check in with an Apple tablet. The examining room has only the basics, no calming pictures or anything. This is my first visit. The nurse practitioner was kind and did a thorough full body dermatology check. I'll see her in a year. read more

I have been using this office for over two years now, simply because it was such an ordeal to go through in the beginning. I feel like I am trapped, but now I can't get anyone to take care of a simple issue! My daughter has severe eczema. It covers her whole body, including her face. It is painful and embarrassing. She is only 13 years old going through this. She has been out on a special medicine that I have to go through a third party pharmacy to get. All the sudden one day, the medicine didn't show up. When I called the third party pharmacy, they said it was because the doctors office stopped it. When I called the office, they said it was because I needed to come in for a bi annual check up. Instead of calling me, they just dropped the prescription. Now, I have taken my daughter in as requested, but they still haven't renewed the prescription. After multiple phone calls, I still have zero answers. They tell me they are going to call me back, and no one ever does. My daughter is relapsing and this office doesn't seem to care. Although when you call them it says on the recording as you wait for someone that they care about their patients and want to help them! I am finding that not to be the case as they let my daughter go through this! I do not recommend this office! They have made my life very difficult and now they aren't helping me, help my daughter! They should be ashamed of the negligent care! They are putting my daughter in a very bad position and to no end! I tried not to write a review, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but here it is, January 9 (over a month since my daughter went to their offices) abs I still don't have her special medicine. I've made several phone calls and I am told someone will call me back but nothing. I keep calling the third party pharmacy and they are saying they need to hear from the doctors office. It's a simple phone call that makes a huge difference in my child's life and they don't even care enough to take care of it! I went to see Dr. Man to have a skin cancer removed off my arm. I cannot get in to see her for two months. After removing the cancer, the was covered with Steri-Strips unfortunately they did not have enough large Steri-Strips and half of the scar was covered with much too small stair strips which kept coming off. I went back in to have them redone and they still did not have the larger stair strips. The small ones would not stay adhered therefore the scar did not heal properly and what should have been a small line is now a very ugly scar. I returned to the practice to show them the scar and they gave me a steroid injection, which did absolutely nothing. The first time at this office, I saw Dr. Mann the second time was with one of her assistance and I was not at all happy with her. She was abrupt and rude And did not listen. She acted as though she just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. read more

Update: I did receive a phone call after I posted this review. I was refunded and it was explained that I was given the wrong information from the person I spoke with in the billing department specifically about the refund. If you ever have any issues with billing I would contact Kailyn the office manager. She explained everything in great detail. I really like Dr. Mann and her assistants they're kind, professional, and do excellent work. I feel very comfortable during my visits and was happy with the recent care I received while having a cyst removed. That said, I wanted to share some information about the billing process so others know what to expect. This office charges you at checkout and then bills your insurance afterward. In my case, my insurance confirmed the procedure was covered, and the office later received payment directly from my insurance. However, I wasn't automatically reimbursed. I was told billing credits are processed at the end of each month, and since I missed that cycle by a few days, I'd have to wait or cancel an upcoming appointment to receive the refund. It seems they also charged me the same amount the insurance paid, so they likely knew it was covered. I just recommend keeping close track of your billing and insurance payments to avoid overpaying or waiting for a refund. I wish the billing process were more transparent and patient friendly. I have called around and this is not common practice so for that reason I will go somewhere else. read more

I have seen Dr. Mann for sclerotherapy for veins in hands, filler in cheeks and nasal labial folds. She also pumped a little Botox above my top lip. She is very knowledgeable about her business and has credentials to prove it!! She's efficient and so nice. I also went today to have RF micro needling performed by Ginnie and I loved her and her expertise at her job. They sent me for bloodwork and never gave me the results. Had to call them multiple times just for them to give me my results, then they told me to just take Benadryl. Please note that this complaint is in regards to an outsourced billing billing service, not the actual office. I am extremely disappointed with the way the billing department handled my payment inquiry. I had an appointment March 2024 where I had to pay out of pocket for the visit while they billed my insurance company. I checked online today and found out my insurance company had processed the claim on 4/4 and that I overpaid for the office visit. I called the billing department and spoke with Amanda regarding the credit I should be receiving. I was advised that they had not received the EOB and could not issue a refund until it was received. She then notified me about a credit from an appointment back in November 2023 but they couldn't refund it to me until this claim was processed. I told her I had no idea that I already had a credit and asked why my first refund was being held up. She said that's the office policy. This didn't sound right to me so I called back today and again spoke with Amanda. She said she explained to me yesterday that the office has to wait for the EOB from this visit before sending any refund. I started to ask her why a credit from five months ago was being included this last visit but before I could even get half-way through my sentence she hung up on me. I immediately called back and when someone else answered I asked to speak with Amanda. After a brief hold I was told that Amanda was "on another call" and that she sent a request to the office send my refund. Amanda refused to speak to me even though I had a right to know why a credit from November was being held up pending this claim. I suggest you keep a close eye on your insurance claims because apparently, the billing department for this office not only neglects to notify you of any credit owed but will hang up on you if you ask about it. read more
