Terrible receptionist service. Brought my daughter for a follow up. I didn't have the physical insurance card with me but dad was 5 minutes away with physical card. We were on time to the appointment, and had been trying to check in for about 10 minutes. I emailed her a picture of the front and back of the insurance card anyways, and the receptionist tried to get smart by asking if I put in the correct email since she didn't get anything. After showing her the email was sent correctly she stated we have to be checked in within the next 1 minute or we couldn't be checked in when her dad was only 5 minutes away. We both drove over 45 minutes to get to this appointment, and unfortunately dad was stuck in traffic. I understand the need for check in by a certain time but the fact that I emailed her front and back of the card and she was still unwilling to check us in is ridiculous and waste of time. Will never be coming back and plan to take her elsewhere read more

Very disappointed in this place! It had been a few years since my last all over skin cancer check. So I found this place. I should have realized when you call and can never get anyone on the phone, you just sit in a cue on hold that was probably a red flag. The place seemed nice enough. However, the concern is the main reason I went there was to have a raised area on my chest which I pointed out, looked at. I was really surprised when I got home and realized she had sprayed liquid nitrogen on another area and completely missed the area that was a concern. After trying for 2 days to call at different times to try to get ahold of someone. They were able to work work me in. They were also happy to charge me again! I will never go back. read more

They are clearly just getting on their feet trying Rob people of their money. my "procedure" could Have been performed by a Walgreens liquid nitrogen Purchase. Not to mention it came back!! I went to the Hendersonville location because of a spot on my throat that was causing me concern. I was given an appt. with a PA (they did not tell me she was not a Dr.). She review the spot and proceeded to take a biopsy (not remove, but shave) to confirm that it wasn't cancer which immediately brings concern. So I still had the spot, but now it was bigger. After receiving a bill for $125.00, plus the lab bill for $75.00, I get a call from the office stating that the biopsy wasn't big enough to determine if it was cancerous, and I had to have it redone. I called the office to discuss the situation and cancel my follow up visit as I decided that I wasn't paying them any more money to not have it removed. I never received a call back (poor customer service) and the day before my appt. I received the automated "your appt. is tomorrow" call REALLY...do they not check their voicemail. I have since gone to Rivergate Dermatology who removed the spot and sent it to the lab. They were awesome. read more
