I have gotten chiropractic care, physical therapy for post surgery recovery, massage therapy, and the deep tissue laser therapy. All the staff members (doctors and front desk) are super. They are friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They are also very punctual and make sure your appointments start on time. I cannot recommend strongly enough. This place is WONDERFUL! Go to Dr. Matt! He is an outstanding chiropractor!!! I was not able to sit down because my back was such a mess. My tailbone hurt so much. I had to either stand or lay down. Now I have been able to travel and get my life back. I have been to other chiropractors and they do not take the time to really figure out what the issue is. He adjusts and loosens the muscles so that the adjustment stays in place. Highly recommend Dr. Matt! I am now seeing Dr. Yang, the physical therapist there, to work on my core muscle strength that I lost during my back issue. She is also working on my posture, which is a huge help to my core. I've been bringing my infant to this practice for over 6months for post tie release body work. I highly recommend Dr Matt. He is so gentle, explains things and has an amazing bedside manner. Jess always has a smile on her face and you can tell even though a mask! The practice is clean, comfy, and inviting. New Beginnings has been an excellent resource for myself and my family. I started going during my last pregnancy when Dr. Matt's thorough and gentle care provided relief from pain and I believe helped facilitate the natural childbirth I desired. ****I have been a loyal patient with my family of four for almost two years. I have never had any issues with New Beginnings up until three months ago when out of no where I received a large bill after services were received and quoted as "covered by your insurance". After two weeks of back and forth the billing problem was handled appropriately. Or so I thought. A passive aggressive comment by the owner, services became not as thorough as I was used to, the new chiropractor actually hurt me two weeks ago and tonight.....a different chiropractor left minuets before my confirmed appointment. This evening I paid for a 60 minuet massage that only lasted 41 minuets and I come out for my adjustment which if you read my review below you will see I get almost every other Friday only to be told "the Doctor left....we didn't think you had an appointment". WTH!! Message received. I no longer feel comfortable going to New Beginnings Family Chiropractic. Orig. Review made months ago...........My family of four have made New Beginnings Chiropractic apart of our preventive routine. We initially started coming last year because of injury but decided to continue on and be more proactive with our health. They are sweet but don't seem to offer true chiropractic techniques that identify the problem clearly and treat it effectively. Also, This place runs business where there is a screaming and crying kid taking down the whole place. I could not believe how loud that kid was while I was trying get my treatment and they just let that kid runs the place by bringing him to his mom inside the building instead of taking him outside. I could not hear anything but the screaming and crying. I don't remember what my chiropractor did, either(oh! right! He popped the bench twice and poked me with rubber gun couple of times and done) yet I still had to pay? I understand kids but they were so unprofessional and rude that they didn't care about other patients who deserve to get their treatment without a chaotic environment. read more

This office has both chiropractic and massage, and has PT facilities all in a very stylish and welcoming environment. They have a KIDS ROOM, alkaline water and coffee. Most important the doctor uses a variety of methods to get you straight, literally, and gives stretches and exercise at home to help your muscle imbalances. Seriously my favorite place ever! Starting coming when I was about 5 months pregnant with my last baby Summer of 2019. This was my first time getting adjusted in my life. I thought this would be the perfect time to start. I wanted to have my body prepared for another natural delivery. Dr Beth was amazing! She was friendly, took care of my body and encouraged me throughout the pregnancy visits. Lawren did my muscle work and with her and Dr Beth my body was so relaxed and ready!! I truly believe coming here helped me so much. My labor and delivery was one of the best I've had! (I've had more than a few) The ladies at the desk are always super cool and helpful. I did see the PT once and if I ever want to work on my pelvic floor-I know where to go! Postpartum, the baby and I started seeing Dr Hayes once and month. He has my body staying in line, with the nursing mommy neck, "babies sitting on the hips" hips and the good ol parenting body. I just want myself and family to feel good about our bodies and this is one of the ways to help with that. I'll be bringing my other kiddos soon. My husband just started going today. He said he feels taller He's a hard worker that has jobs that are pretty physical, so this will help him too! My sister and brother in law started going also. They love it too! read more

Go somewhere else. The office staff appear friendly, however you will overpay for the services. They do not work on the same page. No one communicates with the other or makes appropriate notes in your chart. I spoke with the office manager twice about my account and it was never the correct amount owed. They also had my card on file and were supposed to be withdrawing at each visit. Instead, it racked up a large bill that I could not pay all at once. I rarely spoke with the same person. I asked to finally speak to the owner and they stated she was unavailable and disclosed private health information about her that they probably should not have said. I am beyond frustrated dealing with issue after issue with them. read more
