That part I do not agree with. The office mgr tried to enforce a credit line to cover this equipment after I made it clear I have no income and can not afford it. I tried to agree since they insisted I needed it, but it turns out I can find similar equipment for thousands less online that does the same thing just not as expensive. They could not justify why I had to have their equipment and if it really mattered who I bought it from. A line of credit was opened in my name for 3K to cover said equipment, of which I returned after minimal use and expressed I felt the equipment was faulty and the other was too painful to use; they still insisted I kept the equipment. I made it clear I couldn't afford it or be able to pay the line of credit down any time soon, and they still enforced it upon me. I've disputed this line of credit 3 or 4 times now. It's been nothing but a headache and unnecessary stress to someone whose health is hanging by a thread. I appreciate the Dr's heart and care, but the office manager can be quite rude and moody when she doesn't get her way, which is not okay or professional. I enjoyed working with the others, but it is not legal or ethical to enforce equipment on people and care that isn't affordable. If you really want to help people then why are you over charging for services and equipment?! I had to move out of state for many reasons, but fighting this line of credit they knew I couldn't afford or pay down due to being unemployed and disabled, but here I am still fighting with Care Credit and others to get my credit fixed; this dropped it 80 points btw. I've been building my credit for years and this one transaction destroyed it in one day. DO NOT let them force you into anything you can not afford! They should work with everyone despite income levels and not overcharge for equipment and services, no matter how much they help you, this is not okay. The Dr did confirm the diagnosis I've been seeking for 8 years and getting nowhere with and I'm very thankful for that! It's just the billing side and the manager's attitude that added unnecessary stress that's just uncalled for. Especially knowing your patient is slowly dying inside from severe nerve damage and unemployed due to medical conditions, why should they also have to deal with coming up with thousands of dollars for medical treatment? This is where I disagree with not only this office but anyone in the medical field who does the same.

The office is very conveniently located right at the intersection with easy to find parking and signage. They also accept my insurance which always helps. They offer early appointments which work perfect so I can go in before I go to work myself. Dr. Grimm is very knowledge with what he does. I have been to several chiropractors as well as know several on a personal level. His bedside manner is wonderful and I am always comfortable under his care. He is able to take on any issues I'm having specifically that particular day and understands my problem areas and how to attack them. I sustained a non-running injury and wanted to get back up to speed, so to speak, as quick as I could without re-injuring myself. The office is on Royal right next to Cantina Laredo on Preston and is easy to find. It's also easy to park with reserved parking right in front. The office is very clean and the receptionist is very sweet and easy to talk to. My insurance hadn't kicked in with my new job yet but they offer a type of one time membership fee that provides discounts on each visit. Dr Grimm is the only doctor there and does a great job addressing your symptoms. Scheduling is spot on and all my appointments have started on time. In addition to adjustments, he uses a treatment method called A.R.T. Active Release Techniques. This focused on my particular muscular issue and I'm feeling better sooner than I expected. It hurts a bit during the treatment but no more than a deep tissue massage. I'd definitely recommend him for advance athletic injury treatment as well as standard chiropractic services.

I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Dr. Kreamer looked at my ankle and could tell that it was tight and through a series of adjustments was able to loosen it up and restore mobility. I've been completely pain free for months now.
