For example they did not seal the counter after installation and even advised me against sealing, despite clear direction from the manufacturer that material needed to be sealed. Now I have what appear to be permanent stains the Sanchez team refuses to take any responsibility. For a basic job they may be lower cost and its fine, but not recommending for high quality projects.

She found this real big sink which I loved. They recommend I change the faucet, garbage disposal and pipes at the same time. That makes sense. They were right. Their price was reasonable compared to other places. Now my kitchen looks so beautiful now. Hugo did a great job and was able to finished the job in 2.5 hours. Especially when the old sink was under mount and some tiles had to removed in order to get the old sink out. No damage to the old tiles. Now thats great work. Got multiple quotes for a kitchen remodel. Jason from BCR was actually my first quote, and gave me…read moremultiple options on reface and new cabinets. Was so helpful and informative all future GC's we compared to him. After lots of comparison, we decided we wanted to do new cabinets so we could make the kitchen as functional as possible. Called BCR back and they sent Matt out, who is the project manager, and he spent so much time answering all my probably dumb questions. Then drew up a layout that accommodated everything I wanted and added some cool organization features I didn't even know existed. By nature, I stress at the thought of such a big spend. But Matt made it an easy decision to put the deposit down. Feeling confident he is going to get us the kitchen we are going to love and not break the bank.
