My older blinds were ripped out during the reno process and the windows were bare for a few months. Ciera kindly offered to order me temporary paper shades to help cover the windows as I waited for our new ones to come in. The install was super smooth. I appreciated that they used shoe covers inside and made sure to vacuum and clean up the best they could. I'm glad I was able to support a local, family-business that sells high quality products. Rather than try to sell me a new blind, Rod bent over backwards to find a discontinued part from the manufacturer to see if we could repair the turning mechanism of an otherwise good blind. He could have easily just told me it couldn't be repaired but instead he took the time to come out and personally look at it and spend a considerable amount of time trying to obtain the needed part. If you want someone trustworthy that stands behind their product you will not regret using Budget Blinds and working with Rod. And they are reasonably priced on top of it!

Being an interior designer, I have very high standards, and I knew that if we designed blinds for the inside to cover the windows from the sun, it would look funky. We reached out to Charlie and the communication was off the charts. He is so easy to work with and very friendly. He guided us towards a functional, motorized, outdoor window covering system. He guaranteed that he could make the rollers visually pleasing outside and he delivered on this! He and his team came out and installed and made sure that everything worked properly and that it looked good. Bianca was prompt at responded to my messages and very easy to communicate with. Hugo was the technician who came out to re-screen our sliding door, as well as one of the side windows. We originally thought the entire door needed to be replaced because our dog decided to go right through it and knocked it off the tracks. Luckily, Hugo was able to have everything fixed with no fuss and in a very short time. I'd like to mention that they do charge for mobile screen repair, but it's worth it if you're not able to transport your screens to them to be replaced. The final invoice was lower than the quote, and that's always great news. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to utilize them in the future if I need any screen repairs or replacements again.

We were looking for a complete redo of our main closet in our Trilogy house. Found Closets and Beyond in the Yellow Pages, all the reviews were excellent so we gave them a call. Mike came to our house within a few hours and evaluated our needs . Together we came up with a design and the next day he came back with CAD based design for our closet. We refined the design and he was quickly back with an estimate which was close to what we had expected. Mike told us it would take about 6 weeks to get all the pieces made. Six weeks later a crew came and took down all the old fittings and prepared the room for our new closet. Mike and his assistant returned to fit the new closet a day or so later and completed it all within a day. We are absolutely delighted with our new closet! I cannot say enough about the quality of the service that Mike and his crew gave us. They were very polite and cleaned up any mess they made immediately. It's very rare these days to find quality service like this, the whole process was quite painless! read more

Shutter we have from him is brand Hunter Douglas, the Top1 Brand window shutter, very high quality, And very nice Frame. Now, let me tell you the important thing he did for us, perfect installation for our tall windows that over 16ft height, I am sure that there is no one want to install at this height window, but Michael did it for us with his guys, Michael really professional on this(I know he also doing closet as expert also), he doing smooth job, and he didn't even scratch or damage any of our home part such as flooring, we very appreciated it. This year, I wanted to replace the carpet throughout the house with the same. After getting several bids, it was clear that CCH was the best price BY FAR. They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. Really commendable company! I also love the music the install team plays during their work (they are also willing to turn it off if the customer needs it quite). So I was thrilled that they were willing to send me the youtube play list. Happy to recommend this company for your next flooring needs! I may even be trying them out for a bathroom remodeling project soon via their partnered remodeling company. Fingers crossed!

I have to say I was a little apprehensive about getting my floors done. But it was even worse when…read moreafter deciding to do my floors with crystals. Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. If you can only imagine that Richard gave me the option. He said you can cover it up. It is waterproof vinyl, but I don't recommend it. We went with his recommendation. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done.

PLEASE RECONSIDER this place…read more I was recommended this place and I wish I wouldn't have trusted the recomendation. RICHARD and his handy men came to work on our floors in January. Everything seemed fine. There were some minor details that were not done well and had to be redone. We contacted Richard and let him know. Every time he said he would come by to fix them he wouldn't, he would always come up with some excuse from needing to help someone move immediately to his car not working or working on another contract. We trusted him so we had already paid him which was my biggest mistake. He also says that it's full service" which meant we didn't have to take anything down or remove anything from the rooms prior to him putting on the floor floors. However they are clearly not experts on putting things back together. They dismantled my kids trundle bed and put it back incorrectly, making it unsafe for them to sleep on. We didn't notice how loose the bed was and how many screws were put in to make it look like they were putting in the proper place because we had to wait a couple days to be able to sleep in our house again because we also got the interior of our house painted through him. One of his handymen put a boarder around the living room to separate the tile floor and the wood they put in. However it started to lift and a staple they used to hold it down was sticking up. Richard came to see it and said he would fix it along with the other things that's had to be done. He then text us to let us know it will be 900 to fix the boarder because in order for the boarder to not lift he would have to remove some of the tile. We said no and He never came and eventually my son got hurt because the corner of the boarder that was lifted stabbed the bottom of his big toe. We had to get someone else to come fix it. They did an amazing job and didn't have to remove any tile to fix the boarder properly. Also a slab of wood came off from the floor on my kids closet. If you do end up going with this company please with hold payment until you are completely satisfied with the job and you know nothing is lifting or breaking/broken.

I reached out - this is a couple years later - and he followed through, provided excellent service. I had my blinds sent back in, repaired under warranty and reinstalled.
