So Superior did my floors in 2020 and It was an amazing experience. So this year we remodeled our bathrooms. Our bathrooms turned out amazing. Superior is a family owned business the owner and his wife are amazing people. Their son was my project manager and we just loved him . So what sets superior apart from others are a few things in looking to remodel. First they are established locally and won't disappear on you. 2nd their son Chase is amazing and a perfectionist so everything was done meticulously. Chase did all the tiling as well as hanging everything up and painting and he did an amazing job. Also I'm just going to throw this in here. I m not a trusting person when it comes to leaving people in my house and I felt comfortable enough to leave Chase so I could go to the store. He's amazing.3rd every single person that superior brought in from the plumber to the painter to the demo guys have all been amazing including my shower door guys. I had nothing but a great experience with everybody and I'll tell you they felt like family. The 4th thing Is that they cleaned up everything all the time. I never had to pick up my house or vacuum the floor or anything when they left for the day. They took care of everything. Between my flooring and my bathrooms, remodels can be extremely stressful. Thad this company do work a few years back on two projects. They tiled my bathroom and tiled the backsplash in my kitchen. The work was great. We later called them to get an estimate for a bathroom tile install and we shocked when we heard the price. The price was three times more than all other quotes. My experience with floor installation by Superior Floors was excellent. The three men who worked here were a pleasure to have around, arrived early each morning, and worked steadily throughout the day. Their work was excellent and I was pleased with their attention to detail. At the end of the job they returned my furniture to it's original location, dusted the tabletops, and stored the box of leftover planks on a high shelf in the garage. I expected to spend hours vacuuming and mopping the rooms after they left, but discovered that they had already taken care of that. The floors were clean and in "move in" condition. Due to the supply chain problems we all experienced in 2021, there was considerable delay in the shipment of the product from the manufacturer and delivery of the flooring was delayed by several weeks beyond the manufacturer's original estimate. There was no way to remedy the delivery delay, but Tracy from Superior Floors kept me informed by calling every few weeks to give me an update. Good customer service. read more

These guys are top notch. After calling three other places who didn't call back, spoke to Miles at Superior Floor. We were looking to have the hardwood in he kitchen either refinished or replaced with tile. Miles came out the house, inspected the floor, gave us his opinion that yes, it could be refinished. He took measurements and provided us with two quotes, one to refinish and one to tear out and replace. We chose to replace after some discussion, went to their show room and chose some tile to take home and evaluate. Once we decided on the tile, from initial order, it took about 1.5 weeks before install. The job was budgeted for three days and the professional crew met that schedule. These guys have way too much fun doing their job! The guys that came to do our floors were amazing, kind, considerate and really enjoyed their work and it shows. They were happy and had great spirits and didn't mind my husband watching them and talking to them while they worked. They wrapped up everything per my instructions especially around our piano. This company is awful, do not use them for carpet instalation. Tom came out, measured gave us an estimate, said it would take half the day to carpet our upstairs. One guy showed up, training another guy who continually measured and cut wrong. After 8.5 hours they had to leave. Job not done, our stairs were exposed with nails and what a mess the upstairs were. They did not come back the next day but the following Saturday. Our cat bled on our new carpet because he stepped on the exposed nails! Not safe at all! Spent another 6 hours until it was done. We had to put all our plans on hold to get this half day job done in 3 days. Completely unexceptable. There were gaps and the guys damaged our walls, scratched up our wood bed frames. The worst is you can see the carpet lines of every cut! I called to explain to the boss, Miles. He came out, looked at it, I showed him pictures and he told the guy to fix them. Never once said sorry or compensated us for our lost time. The guys never covered their dirty shoes coming and going. Again a week later Miles shows up to look at the errors once again and has the guy pull the carpet over to fix the gaps. That's the only time they put on protective booties. Miles promised us a final walk through, that never happened yet he pressured me to sign a paper stating he did just that. He never walked through and looked at the bad job, just the stairs where so many gaps were. This company is just horrible and we will never recommend them! read more

The name superior stands for the superior service you receive when hiring them to do the work. I must say from the phone call setting up the appointment for an estimate, to the excellent customer service received when visiting the store, and the excellent installation of the product chosen they provide excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for me on installation day when a unforseen problem arose and took care of it for me. I really appreciated that. DO NOT PICK SUPERIOR FLOORS: Maurice's service was actually excellent through 90% of the work. He redid my floors for me and did a stellar job. Then he sent in one of his assistants to finish the baseboard... they did a terrible job, ignored my requests, and when I politely asked Maurice to re-do it, he booked with me twice but never showed up. It's been 2 months now and I can't get him to finish the work appropriately. He was much more expensive than the competition, too! read more

Beware before hiring Superior Floors for your carpet and flooring requirements. A strong chemical odor lingers in our entire home several months after installation. We moved out of our home because of health concerns. We can't live in the home without coughing and choking. We are currently evaluating air quality in addition to carpet, padding and adhesive products used by Superior. Superior has done nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend or trust them with your flooring or health. read more
