We just had our appointment this past Wednesday with Dr. Thiessen, and he was absolutely amazing! The whole staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I was worried my son would have a freak out with having lights shined in his eyes but Dr. Thiessen was so awesome with him and was able to keep him calm and happy. He was so informative and easy to talk to and discuss any concerns I have for myself or my son. The nurse helping me pick new glasses was so fun to deal with, gave me so many options and opinons on what looked good. When I was finished and bought my new glasses they told me it would be about 2 weeks... they called me 2 days after my appointment to tell me they are ready! Such a quick turn around! They were completely booked but Dr MacNeill was able to squeeze me in. It turns out I have an eye infection and my contact lens was scratched as well. She provided me with drops, home treatment supplies and advice and a new temporary lens until I get home to see my regular doctor. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, responsive and took great care of me. Very grateful for their help. If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further!

Only allowed payment by cash for the eye exam. Doctor offered me a contact case for me to take out my contacts, only to have to wash it before hand from the last person who used it. However, when I went back to sort out my prescription, I spoke with a different doctor who was helpful and professional. Depends who you get I guess. Prices seemed very affordable.
