In over a year we have not seen nor heard from them on any Analytic Reports that are to be included with the monthly Maintenance fees. They do not communicate with you at the end of the contract and cancelling said contract is worse then dealing with Comcast. They just keep billing with NO response. Was billed by Go-Daddy even when HFB was hired to handle this. Complete waste of time and MONEY!!!
