Our monthly board meeting was held here and Office Evolution provided a very comfortable business environment. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but there are plenty of spots by the adjacent building.

I've personally witnessed situations involving customers and employees that have caused chaos and, at times, made the environment feel unsafe. The increased traffic and confrontations have negatively affected the peace of the community and have raised serious concerns about the safety of residents. If you're looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to live, I would encourage you to consider other options. The gates are always broken, they tow your car for no reason, and they still charge "amenity fees." The complex is infested with roaches, rats, and even snakes. Police are constantly on the property, and no one tells you what's going on until they're knocking on your door at 2 AM, looking for someone who ran through the parking lot. Management discriminates against Black residents. If you complain to corporate or the housing authority, you'll be punished with a rent increase. This place is not income-friendly--just a rundown community that looks nice on the outside but is a nightmare to live in.

Although the apartments were amazing, I eliminated this complex as I wanted designated parking (I come from a townhome with a garage). After months of research and a change of plans, my sister and I were willing to look in to our options. Imagine my surprise when Dianna greeted us! I was so pleased to see her face! Our appointment was for 4:00 PM. We were on time and she was ready to show us anything! She was inviting, kind, knowledgeable and willing to stay after hours! What? She stuck around for, at least, 30 minutes after when she should be packing up and headed home. She continued to be gracious and kind! We adored the apartment and immediately wanted to apply! An apartment is just an apartment. Price always matters. When you are treated with grace and commitment, everything looks even better! Thank you, Dianna, for taking the time to make sure that we understood all of our choices and for making us feel important! We appreciate your time and commitment to the property. If…read moreyou get a new car and get your new plates make sure to update it on their app (that second) or they will tow your car for simply being a resident and parking there, with NO help with towing fees or any warning of some sort. Apparently this complex likes to enforce laws as if they're law enforcement. Perhaps they should pay more attention to their residents cars getting broken into, late trash pickups, creaking ceilings and floors, poor plumbing, and non functional gym equipment as these are the notifications you will get on the daily as a resident here. The staff here (specifically Diane and Rebecca) show obviously no remorse for treating paying residents this way. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

I was initially terrified of moving because I had a really bad experience with the first apartment that I moved to when I came to Texas. The customer service is excellent. Ashley and Nicole are responsive, sweet, kind, and welcoming. I have been some of the best examples I have ever seen as far as a property management staff is concerned. We toured several different apartment complexes and this constantly topped the list. The facilities are very clean and are constantly being cleaned by other staff members. The gym is really beautiful and has all the equipment one would need to bulk up or just focus on cardio if they want. The business center is so convenient because of the coffee and the printer. The hammock garden is one of my favorite places to lounge in when I have the time. We got a two bedroom apartment here and other than a few dings on the wall, it is incredibly spacious and beautiful. We have been so happy living here and it's been the first time in my life where I feel like I can kick off my shoes and enjoy myself. Maintenance has been so responsive as well. Anytime I've submitted a ticket, they have been there the same day. To be honest I'm rather disappointed I don't see more good reviews for this apartment complex. It seems that people are more ready to leave negative feedback than positive and I know so many other tenants have nice things to say about this apartment because I've spoken to them myself. If I'm not ready to buy a house by the time this lease ends, we will probably continue to stay here. That's how much we like it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for about a year loved it. i was happy here...... but on April 29th…read morea week before my lease was up (lease ended may 09) my garage was emptied out poof my belongings were gone thrown away luckily we did get some stuff back but i lost some expensive vintage lamps.. I was mad but didn't blew it out of proportion cuz you know we are all humans mistakes happen. so I grab my stuff and turned in the keys on April 30th hoping that would be the end of it but nope i get a bill for the May 1st- 9th i called and explain that im not paying that since THEY breached the contract when i was wrong fully evicted from my garage... since then all all i get is silence and repeated emails to pay the remaining balance. i was hoping this was settled the day i turned in the keys but no so I have no choice but lawyer up and take this to court
