They have done nothing to help in anyway, I've tried to negotiate my way out with them and they haven't worked with me in anyway. With medical bills piling up and not being able to work, heritage suites still had no problem auto deducting money from my account. I've reached out on so many occasions to try and get some help but nothing, not one thing. Consistently told me they wouldn't help and there's nothing they would do, that the "company wasn't in a situation to be able to help". If you run into any issues with being at this location, be prepared to have similar results.

Watch out for the oppressive terms of service on the contract.  They are all about that money, and…read morethat's it.  Customer service?  Flexibility?  Nope.  They will NOT work with you when it is time to renegotiate terms ("We'll get back to you."  "The person you need to speak to isn't here.") so they trap you into automatically rolling over to another lease since they "ran the clock out on you" and you are on the hook for another full term.  Try to back out, and they will threaten to accelerate payments and terminate your service while still keeping you on the hook.  Shady to the extreme.  Proceed only with caution.

Twice every month (every 1st and 3rd Saturday) they do a market days event where additional vendors set up their tables in the hallway selling anything from baked goods to antiques. The shops are in the main (two-story) building and the restaurants are next door. Awesome experience even if you don't buy anything. The desks are clean, lots of meeting space and phone booths are also very helpful to maintain privacy when needed. Parking is free at this north location and at the tour, no available single office spaces at the moment but you can get on a waitlist, but the all access pass is perfect for my convenience for when I need to get up and go. Membership will work at all WeWork locations and is extra nice to be fluid in where I want to work out of space wise on a day to day basis. Although the apartments were amazing, I eliminated this complex as I wanted designated parking (I come from a townhome with a garage). After months of research and a change of plans, my sister and I were willing to look in to our options. Imagine my surprise when Dianna greeted us! I was so pleased to see her face! Our appointment was for 4:00 PM. We were on time and she was ready to show us anything! She was inviting, kind, knowledgeable and willing to stay after hours! What? She stuck around for, at least, 30 minutes after when she should be packing up and headed home. She continued to be gracious and kind! We adored the apartment and immediately wanted to apply! An apartment is just an apartment. Price always matters. When you are treated with grace and commitment, everything looks even better! Unfortunately, this complex tows vehicles even though you're registered to park through them. Apparently this complex likes to enforce laws as if they're law enforcement. Perhaps they should pay more attention to their residents cars getting broken into, late trash pickups, creaking ceilings and floors, poor plumbing, and non functional gym equipment as these are the notifications you will get on the daily as a resident here. The staff here (specifically Diane and Rebecca) show obviously no remorse for treating paying residents this way. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
