We had a massive issue with not receiving statements that contained a 50% rate increase and instead of helping to solve the problem she offered nothing more than excuses and blamed the issue on us. I had to spend a significant amount of time with our insurance company which is precisely why we have a broker. She was argumentative and defensive instead of trying to fully understand the issue and offer solutions. Her defensive attitude is what really frustrated us. Work with your customers to find a solution and show some empathy. Mistakes happen and we were not looking to place blame but she certainly was and claimed the issue was solely ours (which was incorrect) . We are moving our policy to a new agency to manage as this is not the company we would want to work with should a major catastrophe take place. Such a shame as her employees are actually very good.
