Eric checked to see why dryer was not working, according him th control board was bad. Eric said he would order one online and would call me. I called Eric he said he ordered the part and it was being shipped to him. A couple days later I called him again, he said the part was out for delivery and he would call me back. I appreciate his prompt response to diagnosing the issue (over the phone) and having the part ready for installation upon his arrival. He charged a flat service fee which included the in-person diagnostic to confirm the issue, installation, and the cost of the part. Also, he offers a 60 day warranty on labor and parts. I needed to get my washing machine fixed as it was not draining at all. After calling around for repairs I trusted Eric because he was very nice and genuine over the phone. He even was flexible with my family and even came the day of after 5pm. He came fully prepared with parts, in case we needed it and with all the tools necessary. He told us about why the issue might have occurred and even provided us with tips on how we can prevent future problems. My boyfriend was there the entire time of the repair and noted Eric had a great personality, making him feel comfortable and trustworthy of this person he just met! They even had a nice genuine conversation about where they grew up and shared some laughs, really proving how much he cared about his job and values his customers. Big thanks to Eric for coming out on short notice and fixing an issue with my washer/dryer. I appreciated that he was immediately responsive and even though he wasn't held to making it over on such short notice, he worked late and still came by. The job was simply moving and re-positioning machines and while that may seem simple, the guys that actually installed everything had seemed baffled when I asked them to adjust the positioning. He quoted me a good price and held to it. He wore a mask without even being asked just because he tries to be cautious with customers which I personally really appreciate. And lastly, he got along with my dog and she's a a tough judge of character! Will call him first for any further issues. read more

I had a LG washer that powered off during a wash cycle and couldn't power back on or open the lid. I called Innovative Appliance Service, although hesitant at first for a lack of reviews, and Eric responded to the call the same day and ended up manually opening up the lid, remove all the wet clothes and water. The control unit was the issue. So he ordered another one and returned in 5 days to replace it. He didn't charge extra for the time he came and manually opened the washer lid and drain the water. He included that fee into the service call when he replaced the control unit. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and charges a fair price! He's earned my trust and he'll be my go to go guy for any appliance issues in the future. Highly recommend! read more

I am beyond thankful for this company and the speed and professionalism with which they do business. I contacted them about my dryer, and they responded that same morning and were able to come out literally that night. They showed up within the timeframe they gave me and quickly went to work. Our technician's name was Eric and he went above and beyond to make sure our dryer was in perfect working order before leaving. He spent about an hour at our house taking apart every piece of the dryer, replacing the piece that needed it, and doing general maintenance on the rest of the machine. I am so incredibly appreciative and blown away by their service. In this pandemic, I know a lot of companies are overworked and understaffed... but, it was such a breath of fresh air to have someone reliable, friendly, and hardworking when we needed it most.
