Well it was clearly. He then charged me $230 and said he couldn't clean the mold..... had I known that I would've made an appointment with someone who could. Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. Agreed to replace pump but after replacement he did not run a complete cycle to verify the issue was resolved. After he left I ran a complete cycle with the same noise as before the pump replacement. Reached out to inform him the pump was not the apparent issue expecting to receive a response but none has been received to date. Would not use service again. Problem of noise still exists.

I called Sunday morning and Marcus arrived later that day. He made a diagnosis and said he had to order a part. I asked him if it was going to take a long time to fix it, and he responded that he should have it within a few days. I paid $240. I did not hear back from him, and the company would not return my calls. After multiple attempts from my cell phone, they answered when I called from my home line, then once more from my wife's line. Obviously, they were ghosting us. Mickey told us that they had the part and would come on Friday. They did not show up. After numerous calls and texts, they promised Tuesday, and again did not show. On Wednesday, Mickey told me that Marcus had already spoken with my wife, but he had not. I cancelled the charge on Mastercard. I ordered the part online for $84, and I will install it myself tonight. Marcus left a message on my phone yesterday that the part was in and when can he come by to install it. This company has serious communications problems.
