When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. I immediately left, went to the front desk and canceled the rest of my 36 appointments. A business that lets sick employees amongst its customers, many elderly, should be avoided. BTW, the treatments I received were great by the therapists.

However, OPT on Ligon Mill Road in Wake Forest tops them all! Olivier and his staff were recommended to me through a home PT after a full knee replacement. Adding to this surgery were complications from Vertigo as well the right knee in the same shape as the pre surgery left knee was. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference! I know what I am going to be going into with another full knee replacement coming up, but with the care of OPT I am ready to schedule the next. Dealt with both for years and was only able to go to the gym for 4-8 weeks before pain would stop me. Finally, following other recommendations I made an appointment w/ Bull City and while the diagnosis of the elbow conflicted with what a doctor had previously told me I decided to just go with it and trust them. Turns out they had a much better understanding than previous medical professionals I'd seen. Through treatment and the exercises they gave me to do, which were different than doctors recommendations in the past, I actually saw steady improvement. There were setbacks here and there as I pushed myself in the gym but their physical therapists guided me on "good pain" vs "bad pain" and we adjusted as we went. Now through weeks of sessions with the team at Bull City PT I'm on month 10 of lifting and have put on 20+ pounds of mostly muscle. I didn't think this was possible without surgery. Highly recommend anyone in pain or being held back by an injury at least get a consultation - could change everything.

I have found these folks to be very friendly, accommodating when appointment times change, and professional. My therapist is Matt. He has a good amount of experience with rehabs like mine and his guidance has helped me make great progress in my journey back to normal. I will add, however, that my sessions with other physical therapists have been equally gratifying. The members of this team are well trained, well equipped, and super helpful. I recommend Trinity with 6 stars. I'm glad to have chosen them and the relationship I am building with them will carry me through this time of my rehabilitation.
