The structure was painted when first installed and paint was reapplied the second year. We were getting ready to paint this year when we noticed the rotting wood. The paint application looked good but just wanted to apply a new coat. I have made several attempts to contact this company and have received no response. I was told by a former salesperson for this company that this is typical for this company. I strongly encourage you not to buy your pergolas from this company. They do n ot stand behind their work and their products are inferior. The wood they use is air dried not kiln dried and that makes a big difference. Long story: Reached out to them in May, looking to get some grading done and re-do the flower beds in the front. Got the first bid from them, but it was missing a few of the discussed pieces. Second bid came, but it didn't have the grading. Third bid came, but the cost didn't get updated to include the grading. I pointed out the price problem. They fixed the problem and I accepted the bid 5/22. They quoted about 3 weeks before they would be able to start 6/12 I reach out, wanting to make sure I let my neighbors know about work, and possible noise. Told they should start by the end of the following week. 7/1 I reach out to see if they had a start date, and got back that they would be starting after the July 4th weekend 7/15 every is in, and I ask about the watering requirements, as I have not heard from them. I get a call back, saying that I should be watering twice as much as I was, it they would work with me in case something hadn't taken. I doubled the watering 7/21 I reach out letting them know that about 1/3 of the grass seed died, and got a response that they wanted to come out and look at it. I ask for their availability, and sent what worked best for me. No response I get that they can't guarantee grass, and they did all the contract called for. The 3 missing stars are only because of communication

They're busy in their greenhouses right now, so they have a number for you to call when you arrive so they can meet you in the store. My favorite is to mix their green tea and hibiscus tea to create a nice blend. During the winter months Progreens also has a nice alternative to a Christmas tree that is affordable. You can buy a three foot evergreen tree and plant the tree after the winter months instead of cutting down a tree. Being the person I am I hate the idea of cutting down a tree just for decor but the idea of planting a tree instead is such an awesome idea. As far as plants and gardening material there is a wide selection to choose from. They have also recently started to get a wide variety of GMO free plants. My family has purchased cherry trees, apple trees and other garden essentials from Progreen. I would highly recommend someone who is looking for local food or garden selection to take a look inside.
