His rationale was that I wouldn't have been able to know that number to text for the bill unless he had sent me the bill through it. I had to inform him that I knew the number because he had originally texted me at 10:15am on May 5th that he wasn't going to be able to make the 9am-10am window. Then he got really defensive so I said I'll just pay this bill and never do business with you again. I then hung up. Again, the employee was very friendly and helpful that came out. The owner is the reason for the 1 star.

Paul, Josh and Jayden arrived as planned, was very professional and pleasant. While one carried wheel barrel loads of mulch around in preparation of later spreading it, the others were grabbing the extra weeds we had missed as well as spent a considerable amount of time in tidying up all the edges of each bed before applying the mulch. The edges were already defined but had become a bit messy. When they were finished it was tidy, sharp clean edges! It was apparent their attention to detail was important to them, it was obvious they cared about the way they performed the job and cared about the end result of our yard. Our backyard is our sanctuary and an important part of our everyday living. We truly appreciated how careful they were with everything they did. They far surpassed our expectations and we could not have asked for a better job done! Thank you for the tremendous work. The wait time was about 6 weeks from deposit to get on the schedule and then from there it took a little less than a week to get the patio done. We couldn't be happier with the final product! They made some suggestions to help with drainage and to make sure the patio was level. They also planted grass around the area that they did the construction. The grass has come in very nicely and we've spent a ton of time on the patio already!

Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

They were on time, friendly and finished the entire project in 6 hours. They asked us to inspect the work before they left and described everything that they did. I have noticed a difference in the air quality in the house almost immediately. The moisture in the basement was greatly reduced. We can breath better. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. For my 4-bed single family house and detached garage, all the siding and soffit work took 4.5 days. During the course of the work, Shane and team looked out for imperfections that needed to be corrected which I chose to do for a small price. Their invoice system is through Intuit Quickbooks and is very user-friendly. I'm really happy with the new color on my house, thanks!
