When I went in to choose what I wanted the older gentleman that works in the back in loading explained alot about what compost entailed. Did I want something from a bag that who knows how long it had been sitting and he had me smell it...... then he walked me to the big pile in the front and did the same and asked me which one I thought smelled more organic!
