3/27/2026 Today ARC Roofing is completing the Finishing Coat of Elastomeric Paint on my Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof and it looks great. Pictures are much better than words so look at these pictures of a great professional job that is well done. Jason has a great crew working for him. I had hired a different roofing company. They started the job and then ran off with my money. I had a visit from Jason who is one of the managers come by to see if I needed any help with my roofing, but at moment I was not financially able to finished my roof. It was windy and rain was coming in to my surprise when I came home, the work that was previously done by another roofer that was coming off was put back on my roof really nice. It wasn't until later that I found out that it was ARC roofing company that did that job for me. UPDATE: I posted a good review in 2017 because I was very happy. However, recently, March 2023, my roof needed a repair from wind damage. My roof came with a 10 year warranty. I was able to contact Jason a couple of times in March 2023, however, he has essentially ghosted me. I simply need my roof repaired as part of that warranty. If you go with ARC Roofing, consider that the warranty may have no value in the future. I'm truly disappointed. read more

He is persistent in offering the best possible solution(s) and coordinating with anyone necessary to affect those solutions. It is our opinion that he is an honest and forthright man. I hired this guy to work on my moms roof. I gave him a deposit of $2100. The first red flag was when he told me on Friday 08/07 that they would start the next day but no one showed up. I called him, then he told me they will try to get to us earlier to end of next week. Someone did show up and did some work but it has been over a week since anyone has been to my mom's house and now Jason Morgan will not answer any of my calls or text. He has several different numbers listed but won't respond. If you call him, and he doesn't know the number, he will tell you to text him, this is probably because a lot of people, like me, want their money back!!!
