I thought it was going to be a three day wait but he told me it might only be a two day wait and that's what it was two days. I was happy about that. He replaced a fuel pump for me. I was very pleased with the work he did. He's professional and friendly and timely as I had my car back sooner than I thought I would. While staying at Thousand Trails Orlando Rv Park the very first night after my shower all was well. When my wife took her shower she said "Where's the hot water?". The water heater circuit board went out and we didn't have electric or propane water heater. I couldn't find one locally and couldn't find a technician that was certified to work on propane units; go figure! A lot of Rv's still have propane/electric powered appliances and for technicians to stop being certified to work on propane appliances in Rv's anymore is just crazy in my opinion. When I called Mobile Toy Doctor he said yes he was certified and he could swing by later on tonight on the way home to check it out. After talking through what my water heater was doing he agreed as well it was the circuit board and he said he has them in stock on the truck. Robert (the owner) arrived on time and was super friendly and VERY knowledgeable about all the items and components in our Rv's. Robert was definitely a blessing for us in our situation during our first trip out in our "new to us" motorhome! Fortunately i made the right choice, Josh was amazing. He was honest,, thorough and reliable. He even showed up on time plus He save me over $1000 in auto repairs.! His quote,including his mobile fee, was less than all the other quotes for my repairs . I was told I needed a new alternator, tuneup and Possibly a cracked engine block. when he checked the charging system It was fine. The only problem was a loose battery terminal. No alternator was needed, nor a tuneup his only charge was $50 for his visit. He didn't even want to charge me for an oil change. He said everything was fine.come back at 85,000 for the oil change. What a mensch‼
