He is an unskilled mechanic.. who smokes pot in his office all day not doing the work he claims.. is a pathological liar and a scam artist.. went to him he said he had no idea what it is yet says I need to diagnose it then persist to not fix one of the 3 issues I brought there for claims parts looked sabotaged.. yeah by him wasn't that way when it was delivered lies about issues you claim you have if you fight him on it.. especially when ur car stops b4 u bring it to him then has no brakes.. he tries and says we'll they kinda work just have to really press them hard and steaks your money and has you drive off in a car worse than when you drop off all same code lights on and completely unsafe to drive having no brakes to whatever he did to em.. and the next day I had to take to jeep after he had my car 3 fn weeks and they fixed all the issues and provided a code issue printout woth service done and guaranteed warranty and for less than what little he did over 3 weeks and I have multiple witnesses who were there to help me with a ride back or to there and when paid the only reason my pops came there was he offered to help and pay but says we caught over it and my father persisted to try to run me over, yet I didn't seem to mind.. qtf type of contradicting bs lies he will say to attack your character to make him loo like the honest victim and screw over the car owners for their hard earned cash all while lying and not doing any quality work .. he is a burnt out clown who's office smells like a grow room. Should of been my red flag there but then to say I don't know I don't want to do anything else and if so imma need you to pay upfront. What fn Morin would agree to that amd what garage ever does that you pay when the work is done and done right. Ben and staff are excellent. Ben is very knowledgeable and is very informative in discussing what's needed (and almost as important, what is not needed). We have used them for multiple types of work on our vehicle. Based on our great experiences we will use him in the between future and have steered several people needing work on their cars to him. We took our truck to Ben's Accurate Automotive for several maintenance tasks (oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid change, brake inspection, coolant etc). We found them to give timely estimates which ended up being a testament to their name, as they were accurate and turned out to be pretty much the actual invoice amount. Their prices are fair, they are competent, and they have very good customer service. The truck runs better (based on objective measures like improved gas mileage) and even seems to feel better. The value added from my view is that at no time did Ben try to upsell me about things that I asked him about. He instead gave some refreshing recommendation that there was not a need to replace them at this time and then gave me advice and opinion about when to bring the truck back in to revisit those items. He also gave some general advice about Florida that was very welcome as we are newbies to the state. Ben is a very good fellow, it is a good business, and I can very highly recommend this shop for auto maintenance and repair services. read more

My son took his truck there for several issues. After every time we picked it up, we had to bring it back because it wasn't fixed or they tried to half ass it and use junk yard parts. We spent a lot of money there, and they couldn't seem to fix anything. I don't recommend going there if you want quality. They always had an excuse why they didn't fix it right the first time. Ben's Accurate Automotive has been around for many years. They are located in the same plaza where Guido's pizza is. I found the entrance in the back but there's a front entrance too. Ben is a very friendly guy. I did not have to wait long. I just came in for an oil change using a coupon. I think the coupon was in The Flyer. They do a full range of automotive repairs. Nice little waiting area with a television to watch while you wait for your repairs. I can't tell you much else except it was a quick and efficient oil change as I didn't have any repairs done yet. read more

Got my rear brakes done there and was given an accurate estimate and an option on when to change rear disks. They work perfectly and upgraded to ceramic pads too. They are silent and work perfectly. Prices are reasonable. Scheduled another repair in November. They are quite up front. Since I am only 2 miles away they gave me a ride and picked me up. That's a big deal to me. read more

my husband went to Ben's accurate automotive when his truck broke down last week for some advice and expertise on fixing his axle. Ben was more than willing to help press the bearing into the hub with all of the parts we supplied him. Turned out we needed a new axle shaft and Ben was totally honest with us in regards to not feeling comfortable fixing it when the part was completely in operable. Instead of him lying to us and fixing it just so that it would get by and he could make a dollar he was honest and loyal with us. We were able to find the new axle shaft and he was able to assist us with the original plans in a very timely manner and for a decent price. Ben's accurate automotive get a five star rating in our book, and for any future vehicle needs that we may have we will definitely be going back to see him. They might be OK for an oil change or brake job, but after my experience with them, I'd never take them anything more complicated. I took my car to Ben's to have them estimate & repair an air conditioning problem. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call with a price of ~$770. It sounded high for the issue, but I approved it. Later that day, I got another phone call: the parts they ordered were wrong, so they had to go to OEM parts. That, of course, raised the price by another ~$70. And added a day, since we had to wait for parts to be shipped in. ... On the morning of day 2, I got another phone call, explaining that there was another bad part, this time raising the price by ~$300 (that part is ~$70 online). I told them to stop work and put the dashboard back together, rather than pay even more. In the end, they wouldn't budge on price and charged me over $850 for 2 actuators (aftermarket were $25 online) and a freon recharge. read more
