The car was returned to us and stalled out less than a mile from the shop. After working on it and test driving it. The shop determined it was the new fuel injector they were pushing the caused gunk to clog the engine. Now, on 7/27, the brand new wiper blades flew off the car while driving around town. I hate to have to say this but not at all what was expected after spending over $1500 there. We've used the shop in the past and have always been happy with them. This is not the standard of service expected from the Mavis brand.

It was not even a half hour later when a truck pulled up to my domicile. It was a guy named Jacob(Jake?) who I have dealt with before. Very nice, respectful and efficient. He got my engine "jumped" and afterward said that I really should replace it ASAP. I took his advice. I drove to a parts retailer and the woman tested my battery, told me that it was defective. I bought it and she installed it. Things and autos cost money. Well worth it to have a running vehicle.
