Ever since they merged with the new pain management company, they've had problems with me for some reason. They tried to get me off of their service 10 months ago but their reason was a joke and they backed off. Well, they tried it again and told me I had a find another doctor. I asked them for the results of my specimen. I've called the medication line 4 times in the last 3 weeks and left the same message but as of yet, no response. So, what are they hiding? What are they afraid of ? I believe that ever since they new company took over, they wanted me off of their service because of the amount of pain meds they were prescribing to me for 5 years. So they made up this story that one of my meds wasn't in my sample. They told me to find another pain management doctor!! Well, it's not that easy. A new doctor thinks all the reasons I need a new doctor is because of misuse of my meds!! That's not accurate so now I have to go through horrible pain and back to living in my bed!! I've contacted my attorney to look into this nightmare of mine. I'm convinced that the new company wasn't happy with how much pain meds I was having and got worried about themselves so they made up a reason to get rid of me. No note, nothing, mind you it took me 45 minutes to get there. I call their number and after all the computer crap, I finally get a live person who tells me the doctor had an emergency, ok but where's front desk staff, gone too. I asked why didn't I get a call or text to reschedule. Her response, o we don't have time to call everyone. What a dysfunctional company. To allow a patient who is in pain to drive 45 minutes in traffic and be so nonchalant about it. They claim to care, but that is not care. This place you are just a number to them, I had 3 epidural with them and allthough they were OK, but treating you like your a human in pain is not this place. Its like an assembly line. Find a place that actually cares about you and not the money they get. BTW, took me an hour to get home in bumper to bumper traffic in pain.​​

You cannot leave patients under these circumstances, no excuses. This may be a mistake, but lives are on the line and I've suffered more than I'd wish in my worst enemies for 15+ days by the time the office reopens... When I finally was able to get a call back from Dr Rogers, he was downright rude and told I should go into the pharmacy. He never asked as I already have multiple times, yet got defensive and showed no sympathy for what I'm going through. He acted as if I'd disrupted his lovely holiday, but in 25 years this was literally only the 2nd time I've ever had to call him on a weekend. I feel completely shocked, offended, let down and more as I truly considered Dr Rogers to be a friend.
