I have to give them at least two stars because they made my pain 70% more bearable and because of their expertise I was finally able to make progress on the sources of my pain. Most importantly, I could tell that I was still receiving the same level of care as everyone else--eventhough I have very crappy I'm-an-entrepreneur-and-a-single-mother insurance. I have to take stars away because, after several months of treatment, I have become fed up with the mismanagement and in some cases blatant disrespect. As talented of a chiropractor as Dr. Alberti is*, he sucks at leading a team**. He has a few toxic staff members that he's too much of a wimp to fire and they run off all of the employees with potential. *he is extremely talented ... Dr. Harrison is my fav though because his technique better suits my tastes ** he has no bedside manner at all!!! But I think its more of a "i have social anxiety" thing than a "i only care about your money" thing like someone else said. The front desk staff is poorly trained and the turnover rate is insane. The appointment reminder system they use is wacked and will send me five different appts for the same day. Theres always a wait because they overbook and they don't have enough PTs. Some of the pts are extremely lazy and will sit around talking or complaining forcing the other pt to do everything ... Which makes what should be a 15 min appointment take an hour. I stopped even going by appointments because they were meaningless and the reminder system was confusing. (definitely some attitudes about this but my time is valuable too) All of that aggravation was worth it tho because they made me feel so good!!!!! And even though they were disorganized (most of them) were/are still good people. Things started to go south because this one employee did something extremely petty and unprofessional to me and i complained about her. What she did was dangerous and I could have made a big deal about it but I didn't because I liked this place and these people and I knew that the person who did it was having a bad day. She was reprimanded and ever since i feel like they've been trying to push me out. Apparently clients (especially ones with crappy insurance) are easier to replace then problematic a$$ employees ... Now, I no longer receive the same level of service as everyone else. Anyone who has ever been ghosted by an ex knows what it feels like when you're getting pushed out ... The little mircroAggression they do to force you to call it quits. The final straw: was overhearing a performative ass conversation about how the front desk people shouldn't schedule people with Medicaid because the insurance doesnt compensate ... I guess I'll have to take my insurance's inadequate compensation elsewhere because i no longer feel safe (since the initial incident there have been two others that have made me extremely uncomfortable). Grain of salt: i had a run in with the toxic employee because i have a big mouth and i confronted them about their laziness and unprofessionalism ... If you have a more reserved personality you'll probably do fine Tl;dr 2 stars because they WILL make you feel better, but proceed with caution if you haven't been in an accident or if you don't have good insurance. It's a good place to go until you find someplace better managed.

Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with the care I received following a procedure Dr.Patel and the anesthesiologist were both excellent. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Patel was also informed of the negative encounter I experienced afterward and was very supportive and responsive to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated While I was in the PACU recovering from my procedure, Nurse Jean attempted to assist me with getting up. I informed her that my arm was hurting and that I was unable to move my left arm\. Despite expressing my pain and concerns, I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and she continued insisting that I sit up in a manner that I experienced as aggressive and rude. I directly informed Nurse Jean that I felt she was being aggressive and rude and requested assistance from another nurse. Given that I had just undergone a procedure and was experiencing pain and difficulty moving my arm, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and handled with greater patience, care, and compassion. Following this encounter, Nurse Jen, who assisted me in the Rejuvenation/Recovery area of the PACU, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided assistance. Both were very professional, attentive, compassionate, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate the care and professionalism they demonstrated following such an upsetting experience. Having received care at the Endo Center since 2012 without a negative experience like this, I was particularly disappointed by this encounter. I want to emphasize that the remainder of the staff, including the front desk staff, Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist, Nurse Jen, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided excellent and professional care. I hope my concerns regarding my interaction with Nurse Jean are taken seriously and appropriately reviewed so that patients recovering from procedures are listened to and treated with patience, respect, and compassion, particularly when they communicate that they are experiencing pain or difficulty moving.
