From the sales person, Jason, the schedulers, Chris and Claudia, the on-site manager, AUGUSTO, his crew (Frederico, Juan and Angeliz) and Paul, the production manager who stopped by on the final day to ensure all was going well, ALL were top-notch. They want to ensure you are pleased with the job. ANYTHING you are not 100% satisfied, they FIX and make it right!! Every single one of the painters are HARD working and did not slack. They work LONG hours!!! PLEASE people, take care of the people who take care of you! Put some snacks, and hydrating cold drinks out for them! Additionally, the coverage on the paint is awesome! As for the 1-star ratings, that are pulling the overall rating down on this company: The 1 stars seem to be predominately based on advertising flyers being put on your door, despite "no solicitation" signs. I and others feel it's an effective form of advertising. I don't consider it a bother (again, they didn't ring our doorbell or take up our time). No soliciting sign on my door, yet they add door hanger advertisers. I was home and asked the guy to please take his flier back. He said, "I am not touching that after you did". I said didn't you see the no soliciting sign? and he replied I wasn't soliciting, I just put it on your door, soliciting requires face to face conversation (which was funny since that was what we were currently having). The end result, the guy told me to F off and flipped me the bird as he walked away then blabbered a handful of additional vulgar slurs.. I can't give anyone five stars, I don't think anything I've ever done would warrant five stars. These guys are solid. Price was mid range not too high not too low. Samuel's crew showed up on time. It took five days to paint the outside of the house including deck. There was a decent size paint spill on the driveway, they were able to pressure wash most of it off. I won't cry over spilled paint. No company or job is ever perfect, that being said, I'd give these guys another shot to bid. All around a good job. read more

I think 4 stars is fair. They painted the entire interior of our home and did a nice job. Initial quote was about $6,300 but we ended up paying over $10,000. We kept finding areas that should've been painted but were not in the initial quote so the price differential is largely our fault. My only criticism would be that they should have identified and offered options to paint areas that we neglected. read more

I hired Innovative Painting to paint all my ceilings and my master bedroom walls. They came in painted but in the mean time dropped paint every where. We had it on our floors (carpet and hardwood), furniture and bedspread. They stepped on our washer and dryer to get to the ceiling. My sales representative, Todd was nice and did what he could to assist with removing paint from furniture and floors. However, after the fact I am still finding paint on my carpet, on some upholstered chairs and furniture. We've also found some spots where the paint did not fully cover the walls and needs touch up. The guys who came in were just sloppy by walking on tarps laid down but which had paint splatter on it causing them to drag paint through the house. I would think with this company being professional painters they would hire professional painters they would not be so messy with the paint. I would not recommend them nor would I hire them again. It was very disappointing to hire professionals and have this experience. read more

They promptly provided a quote that was market competitive and they were selected to stain the fence. I hired them to sand and re-stain my deck. The crew that did the work apparently was unfamiliar with how oil based stains should be applied. My deck now has lap marks where they overlapped stain on top of stain that was already drying. The company would not admit to making any mistakes. The sales pitch was great. then it all feel apart. There was no communication between the owner, project manager and crew. I had a new crew at my home every single day, so these were not professional painters. They were subcontractors and they were family members of the crew leader. I paid for a professional paint job, I did not pay for family members to paint my house. I could have done that myself and saved a bunch of money. I made the owner and the project manager aware of my concerns and frustrations. The owner never called to see what could be done and only responded via email. The project manager just stated "I am frustrated with my crew as well". Very disappointed. This is not a company that cares about the job or the person, or their reputation.
