By far THE WORST roofing company. Not only did it take them over 6 months to finish the roof job, it is horrible. I have had issue after issue. From the get-go, I had to call this company back many times as there were so many issues with what I could see from the ground. I contacted them to submit a claim on the warranty, as literal birds are getting in, they told me it was not covered by warranty and that I needed to pay $500 for a custom piece of flashing as well as labor. I contact Pyramid roofing for insight, they could not believe the corners that were cut and how poorly the installation was. I will be reporting this to the BBB and blowing every whistle possible to get the word out on this company. There is so much more I want to say about how horrible it was working with them. Check out BBB, as my family is not the only one to be deceived by Innovative roofing. Another note, Google had locked reviews on this account due to the "suspicion of fake reviews." I finally see the block has been removed, so here I am FINALLY getting to paint a REAL visual of what working with this company is like. Do yourself a favor, run away from this company. read more

Ramiro was very cool and patient with me as we worked through patching an old, steep, complicated church roof. Thankful for him and his hard working team for not giving up on me and this process, since a lot of other roofing companies only do full replacement. read more

With the high winds we had my downspout came down and it was not repairable. I called Kegan and he came out gave me a very decent bid and he then got hold of his tech and I now have a sturdy reliable downspout. I would use Kegan for all my roofing/gutter needs. He did say my roof is solid as I did have that replaced 5 years ago. Kegan is very professional, polite and knowledgeable read more

Living in Omaha you're going to pay more for these services because the contractors have become accustomed to receiving premium rates from insurance companies. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.
