Mark, was my person and he we great and friendly. I wasn't 100% satisfied with it came out ( it did not look bad at all I just felt I needed more to actually feel like something was done with my journey of going lighter from jet black for 23 years.) I called and let them know and they brought me back in this past Saturday and Mark and the MGR did amazing to making it exactly what I wanted . not where I wanna be but I love it! I love the service and the genuine care they provide and the willingness to provide 100% customer service! I am thrilled to have them in my life on this journey and I am super excited to return in a few months and have both fantastic ppl work on my head and be part of my journey! Without knowing these were chair rentals, I made the mistake of calling the salon itself. What a dumb idea right? The man who answered (who I assume was the owner) was completely exasperated with me and rudely told me that I would need to call the stylist directly as he had no control over them and couldn't do anything to help me. "I never know when they're coming in this is the problem with chair rentals." When I got a hold of the stylist herself she was pleasant and explained how I could book online. She's not being represented well by the man she rents from. He was nasty.

After my hair was cut and dried she says she can see her lines aren't straight and brushes my hair across my cheek, allowing me to see my hair had been cut in layers as high as mid cheek, mot a good look for someone with a chubby face. Said it was already that way but it wasn't. Still, thought maybe when I styled it myself...but after washing I can see now that I have a thick layer that doesnt blend with the rest of my hair, and its done that way on both sides. Haven't cried over a haircut in 30yrs but crying over this disaster. Here I am, 6 months later, and my haircut was so bad and so uneven that I'm still wearing it curly in an attempt to hide the horrible cut.
