My management company sent someone from Blessed Hands to do an estimate of the repairs needed. The…read moregentleman did not introduce himself or greet me at the door. He was very rushed and was not wearing a mask while walking though my home. I thought it was all a bit unprofessional. Oh and I forgot to mention that it took about 3 times for them to actually show up since they canceled the first time and missed the appointment window the second time.

I am quite upset with this company. I scheduled installation of a door lock which I bought on…read moreAmazon. I called and emailed them several times to make sure A) they could do the work and B) they had the specific tool (a door mortising jig) which was required for this lock. I had to request twice from the receptionist to speak to the technician to confirm this critical detail. The tech I spoke with said he would look at the lock I ordered (they could see it on Amazon since I booked their services through Amazon) and would have to check if he had the tool, he would get back to me; he didn't the first time. I had to call back. Finally he confirmed he did not have the tool but would have another tech sent who DID have the tool. Great! My appointment was for between 8-11am. 11am comes, nobody showed up or called me. I called them again, the dispatcher said there was a delay, my tech would show up at 1:45pm. He did indeed show up, but he knew nothing about the job and of course did NOT HAVE THE TOOL I specifically told them multiple times was required. The tech declined to do the work because he didn't want to make a mistake. I called and left a message with them that I was upset with their service and wanted to speak with a manager. Of course nobody called me back. SO: I wasted 2 weeks waiting for an appointment that was late, they couldn't be bothered to call me when they were late and then they couldn't do the work to begin with. So I wasted a day waiting for them and still didn't get my lock installed, and they couldn't be bothered to even call me back to apologize for their poor performance. This is the most Mickey-Mouse operation I have dealt with in home services. Use at your own peril.I would give them negative stars if Yelp would allow it.

Take your business elsewhere!…read more The original estimate was for $550. Two employees came out for measurements and changed the quote to over $3,000. Then had the audacity to ask for $50 for coming out. Don't advertise "free estimates" if they're not free!!!! The man who runs the company acted as if we were in the wrong, saying "No business comes out and doesn't get paid for giving a quote". As a matter of fact, every HVAC contractor, painter, plumber, every other help we have EVER hired has always given a free quote IN PERSON. And if you're going to charge to come out- TELL THE CLIENT. We would have never asked you to come out and waste our time. I'm not interested in any response from the owner. He wanted to try to blame my husband and myself for "not understanding" that there would be a charge to come to the property. How do you not understand something you were never informed of? He also wanted to say that I wasn't clear in my project details. If it's "not clear" or more detail is needed, it's the businesses' responsibility to ask more questions before giving a quote. We also had them scheduled to arrive at 10 AM and they casually pulled up at 11:30 am as if people don't have other things to do. --We NEVER told you that the work would be completed today. Never. That sounds like an issue on your end. We said several times that we wanted you to "come look at everything". In what world does that mean complete the job? & I will leave whatever negative reviews that I feel are needed. Thanks. --In my project details, it lists out every single thing that I requested a quote on. Stop trying to make it sound like we are in the wrong. You're only making yourself look worse. And no one is disrespecting you either. LOL I'm leaving an honest review. Conduct your business properly and you won't get negative reviews.
